We called several local cleaning services. Surface Works was the most responsive, and we are really glad we moved forward with them. Their office liaison, Joe M., was very thoughtful and helped coordinate the deep cleaning of our large and very dirty basement. The cleaners were great—friendly and thorough. The results were perfect. Well worth the very fair price.

We worked with Surfaceworks on a post-construction cleanup. From the first interaction, the people we interacted with were professional, courteous, and, most importantly for us, flexible. They had great availability and were able to move a date when our construction ran longer than expected (and were very understanding about it). They did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ive been using Surface Works off and on for several years for a bi-weekly cleaning. In general, they do a terrific job, though it does vary a bit depending on who comes to clean. But, I will say they do the best job out of any cleaners Ive worked with in the past. They are very punctual and respectful, especially with responding to working from home and at-home schooling requests. Surface Works is not the cheapest cleaning service, but I continue to work with them because they are the best. It is worth it for me to pay a bit more to ensure reliability. I feel comfortable having them visit my home during Covid-19, and I am glad the cleaners feel comfortable coming into my home as well.

We were very happy with our very first experience with Surfaceworks. We accidentally burned plastic in our oven. When I called and spoke with Kristen, she said that while they hadnt had to clean an oven with plastic before, that she would find every trick in the book to help us...and she did! The cleaners that came managed to get the melted plastic out of the oven (with the right products and TONS of elbow grease) and made the entire thing look sparkling clean (and also washed the floor and kitchen windows while they were at it). We are so grateful and look forward to having Surfaceworks clean our home in the future. We are also going to hire them for construction clean up in our new house. Again, the entire team was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Suraceworks has been cleaning my house for 15 years. They are the best. This is based on experiences with their competition before I found them. They are careful, do a great job. Show up when they promise to. Get the job done fast. Accommodate special requests. They also are very nice to my very large dog. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Surface Works has been my house cleaning service since the early 2000s and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are exceptionally professional, trustworthy, friendly and efficient. They are sensitive to special requests and will even work around pets. Surface Works always picks up their phone during business hours, answers questions quickly and makes every effort to please. They value their customers AND employees. Surface Works is terrific - hire them.

We have used Surfaceworks for several years through changes in management and cleaners. They are great, will do special requests and we can always tell when they have come even when we forget that they are coming. The place smells and looks clean. They do not rearrange stuff so you can not find it. They are always very respectful when we can in the house. By far they are the best cleaning service I have used.

Ive been using Surfaceworks for many years now, and am overall impressed with their results and their level of customer service. I would recommend. Though they are on the more expensive end of housecleaning, I am confident of their work and professionalism, and feel that the cost is generally worth it.I have a 3 bedroom home with 2 teenagers and a dog and we get our home cleaned every other week.

My tenants moved out today 8/31/18. I was in such a bind that I hired Surface Works. A professional team came in and the kitchen and bathroom was sparkling. Woodwork was cleaned and floors shined! Never had a problem in more than 2 years. I have them clean bathrooms and kitchen plus floors. On time, communication with management is easy!

Used them for post-construction cleaning. Cleaning was decent. There were some areas that were not cleaned up to my mark, and the owner sent another cleaning crew the next day free of charge to make that up.Cleaning crew mistakenly left with my house keys. Owner stopped by later in the evening to return it.Good service, but expensive.

I was misled on costs, they did an ok job at best, and poor customer service.
