Frank and his Uncle Bob, co-owners of the company, were incredibly responsive! We had a downspout fall off our 4-story building. Although we had not worked with them before, they came right out the day after I called and installed a new one - despite light rain. Also, they did not try to upsell me gutter-cleaning when I asked how the gutters looked, but rather told me the gutters were fine. They mentioned there was standing water pooling on the roof, and that they could install a drain if we wanted through their roofing company, but I felt that was provided more as information rather than as pressure to sell since no scare tactics were used.
