Interviewed for Staffing recruiter position.Dont waste your time here. The core values and integrity dont apply. They use you for fluff interviews. They dont communicate between one another to offer a CLEAR line of communication, or understanding. When asked they all have different stories and different reasons for their actions. Greg (Dist. Manager ) is ring leader. There was Zero accountability here held by its leaders.Used 3 weeks of my life just to manipulate & use my families time/resources for two Fluff interviews. (They never considered them fluff of course) Dont waste your one and only life here. Find any other Staffing Agency!To each their own. This is my second time interviewing with them. But more importantly my ABSOLUTE LAST! not worth the headache and mind games.

Went here a few years ago when I was in a rough spot looking for a job. They had one option for me & it was a position I was unable to do comfortably. I declined the position & looked elsewhere for a job & now I get weekly calls from these people asking if myself or anyone I know is looking for a position. When I say no & to take me off of their call list they tell me I have to go back to their location & sign a paper for them to stop calling. That is harassment to me & if it continues I will be getting outside authorities involved. I have told them multiple times to stop calling me yet they still do & insist I need to sign a paper. Not everyone has time to come all the way back to sign a paper with god knows what on it for them to stop calling. Its an annoyance & frustration that is not needed in our busy lives. If you are truly looking for a staffing company in the area, Terra is a far better option.

I have had no issues with Masterson. They have been nothing but helpful from the very beginning. Even with all my nagging questions. I will definitely be recommending my friends here.

They are mean and treat there employees like dirt I would not recommend any one to go there

They have a branch office in Hartford and said they could mail my check there or to my place. Week 3 and still had to drive a full hour half to get my check from them. By far worse staffing company I worked for never will apply with them again.

They are a nuisance!!! They persistently call even when they have been asked NOT to call. The person they are trying to reach doesnt even reside here.
