Wow the owner of this place is such a kind nice honest gentleman & is extremely upfront about any issues you may have with your computer. my father has been bringing his computers here for years now & has nothing but nice things to say about the owner! reasonably priced, easy parking right out front of the store. absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this place at all!

Great service. I called about a problem I had with a Macbook and he helped out. He genuinly wanted to help out, and not just doing it for the money, which I found very admirable, plus he was patient, professional, and fair in handling the situation. Would highly recommend!!

I agree with the stellar reviews of Osamas work. I iMac crashed (black screen, no start-up). I called him and he had me bring it in that morning, but evening he had diagnosed and repaired the problem (needed new hard drive). I picked it up the next day, as others say, for a fair price. Orramac really is a local gem.

I called Osama at Orramac on a Friday morning about getting a speaker in my laptop repaired. I was heading out of town that afternoon and fully expected to leave the computer for a few days for the repair. When I mentioned this to Osama, he told me he would try to have it repaired before I left town so I could take my laptop with me. It was ready three hours later at 11am. Great customer service and great quality of work at a reasonable price. Orramac is truly a local gem. Plus having the option of getting Apple devices serviced professionally outside of the “Genius Bar” system is invaluable.

Orramac is a really great place! I took my (old) macbook in and they fixed it on the spot, though the guys at the genius bar at Apple the store fumbled around with it for 20 minutes and accomplished nothing. The person who waited on me was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable -- I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had liquid damage to my MacBook Air. It was unrepairable but the service that Osama provided was so amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way informing me of what he was could do and made me aware of all my options. He was able to restore all of my data on to my new machine.I will not go anywhere else from here on out.

We first heard of these guys on the Newton parents Fb group. But I had no idea that they would go beyond the call of duty. We had to laptop that needed repair. They not only gave us realistic estimate of what it would cost to do the work but encouraged us to consider I refurbished replacement online instead. I even ran my research but them and they confirmed that Rakuten what is the vendor they had good experiences with too. And in the end the fight them taking time to diagnosed both laptop which included some taking a part of the hardware, when I decided we would the recycling them and offered that they keep them, they said theres no charge for the diagnosis so I simply left them a cash tip. Unreal nowadays to get such a great personal service!
