From my initial call to asking about their service, to booking the appointment... Everything was awesome. They set my appointment for 845 and to our surprise, they showed up on time, ready to work. Their employees were friendly and professional. They did a great job on our rugs and couch. Everything looked great and smelled fresh. We would definitely recommend using them. My business suffered smoke damage from a fire in an adjacent location. Service Master went above and beyond my expectations to guide us through the steps required to remediate the smoke damage. They provided all the manpower necessary to remove ceiling tiles, carpeting and other damaged contents. They cleaned the furnace, furnace ductwork and wiped all surfaces down that was contaminated with soot. They were friendly, understanding and accommodating. I am obviously pleased with their efforts and can whole heartedly recommend them if you encounter such an unfortunate circumstance.

Awesome professional service. I called at about 430pm and they came the next day. It was fast, easy and they removed stains I didnt think were going to come up. 100% satisfied.
