If I could give them a 0 I would. They did work at my neighbors house, destroyed part of my property, hit my fence and said they would fix it, this happened in October, I called and he told me today, it wasnt his fault hes not going to fix it. Jason lies and will destroy your property and not fix it.

While we are a bit delayed with our posting we wanted to let everyone know what a great job Jason and his team did in building our home. My husband and I engaged with Jason about 2 years ago in building a new home for us in Oconomowoc. He was helpful from start to finish understanding our needs and constraints. He worked with us to find ways to save money which allowed us to come in at budget for our beautiful home. Although there was stress along the way he was a great partner in addressing our concerns and continued follow up with us upon moving in.

Awesome company. They finished our basement and it is so beautiful. We get lots of compliments. Fast and professional. The whole crew was great! We recommend them to anyone who has home remodeling!

Preferred Builders replaced our deck boards and railings. My husband and I are very pleased with their work. Jason and his employees are very professional, prompt and courteous. The install took a little over three days due to weather and they cleaned up every day. I highly recommend Preferred Builders and will use them again in the future.

Jason did a beautiful job replacing our original patio sliding door. He honored the original quote, even though I had put off the job by about 7 months. They were prompt, very friendly, in and out in a few hours and they cleaned up so well that the only way you could tell they were here was by the beautiful new door that looks so much better than the original. Highly recommend.

Jason did a great job doing a composite deck off our 2nd level master bedroom. We also did white post and horizontal steel cabling. Had a fair price, showed up when he said to do the work and got job done in 2 days. I would recommend them and was great experience!

Jason sucks. I was referred to him and he was ready to helpuntil I explained what I wanted. Never heard from him again.What a class act;-( I guess he did me a favor. I dont work with people with no integrity. Good thing I never gave him any money!

I asked for an estimate, made an appt. and on the day we were to meet, Jason didnt show up or call. I called an hour later to see what was going on and Jason apologized and said hed be here in an hour. He showed up, asked about the tree on the side of the garage, then asked if I knew about trees. He then told me it would have to come down or it would die within a year. I said I wanted it to stay and take my chances. He then quoted me a price of $15-20,000 for a small one car garage. He told me my expectations were too high before he even got there. Huh? I knew then that he probably didnt want to work with me. I dont know if it was all about the tree, or if he just decided that he didnt like me, but he basically just walked away from me saying we were done, twice. I asked him why he was being so rude and he looked surprised! He said it wasnt a good fit, which was an understatement. I said it went bad from the start when he didnt even show up for the appt. he made (he told me when he came to the door that he double booked appts. Why would he do that?!) Im not sure if Jason was just having a bad day or if he took one look at my project and didnt want to do it, but I would have appreciated a little honesty and could have done without the rudeness. I wonder how someone with 20 years of experience who has this kind of attitude towards potential clients has been able to accumulate 20 years of experience. Very shocked at his behavior, very disappointed with the whole experience.
