I just had my tub reglazed by Porcelain Patch and Glaze. It looks amazing. A Professional company all around from the people on the phones to the craftsman doing the work. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for tub/tile refinishing.

I dropped off a claw foot tub and after picking it up 1 week after it was supposed to be ready (4 weeks total), I noticed drips and waves of paint sprayed too heavily, was told that’s the way the tub was made. For $970, all blemishes should have been smoothed out which they weren’t and no offer to make it right when I called and sent pics.

We had our tub glazed from Porcelain Patch and they did an AMAZING job our tub looks brand new. I would highly, highly recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They were responsive, scheduled me in a timely fashion, didnt charge extra, and the gentleman that came out was very professional and quietly did his job in half a day. I re-glazed a standard 5 ft tub and some of the tiles that were peeling.

Reglazed tiles and painted fiberglass tub. Looks like a brand new bathroom. Very reasonably priced, quick and efficient.

Very bad customer service!!!! I wish there is 0 star!!!We had a crack in our wash tank less than one year and try to find people to fix it, since we do not know how to fix it and try to getprofessional help. When I emailed the customer service, here is the quote, “what should we do about it? Tape it maybe?” Replied, “replace it”. And I said, “we had less than a year. Does your company have the warranty to it?” Replied, “this is not something we will fix/repair/reglaze. I AM DONE RESPONDING TO YOUR EMAIL” I just wanted to get help to this. Done with it, and will people know never ever use/consult them again!!!!!
