When I called they gave me the best deal I could find for car insurance. They made sure my policy had everything that I wanted and made sure I was clear on what I was receiving. I emailed on a Federal Holiday for them to change my policy. I had an email back from them and no it wasn’t an auto reply letting me know I could call the 1-800 number or someone would call me the following day. By 10 am the next day I had a call. They make sure you know your options and if you can save.

Billiejos team strives to making themselves available and always looks for discounts to make sure their customers are getting the best value. I have 4 vehicles with full coverage and pay less than half for all of them than I was paying for 2 at geico. Everywhere else in town was even more. When I had an accident, Billiejo made herself available to speak to me directly as soon as the accident occurred and told me exactly what I needed to do to pursue the other persons insurance.
