Today I had a 3.15pm appointment at this service station to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived it took a few minutes for me to navigate my way to the service station since it was my first time there. When I did find the service, the person I was told to talk to was on the phone for several minutes so I had to wait until.she ended her call. In the mean while my vehicle was being prepped for the service.When the lady finally came off the phone, I started to explain to her what I needed when a rude blonde female employee next to her shouted out its not going to happen, her appointment was earlier. Her communication was disgusting and unprofessional, I was extremely upset since I was looking forward to servicing my first vehicle in the USA at that service station. If I was too late it could have been communicated better.Based on my experience there, if their vehicular services are anything like their customer service Im glad that they refused to service my vehicle. My only regret now is that I purchased as FORD SUV. I would not recommend this service station to anyone in the future. I still need to find somewhere to service my vehicle moving forward but Im quite ok with that.
