I emailed back and said go ahead and send the invoice. He doesnt respond until afternoon the next day and says today is going to be a killer for me, will have to reschedule I contacted him back a couple days later trying to reschedule, and he didnt respond. I Emailed again a few days later.. nothing. I guess $130 consultation is just not enough money to keep him respectful.
