Absolutely beautiful Pella 12’ vinyl sliding patio door just installed in my kitchen! Jason Krizek was the salesman, he suggested 3 4’ panels of glass and I feel like the kitchen is wide open to our backyard! I have a hard time making decisions, but I knew I wanted fabric shades, not mini blinds in between the panes of glass. Pella is the only company in this area that offers shades and Jason was a big help in suggesting what color of shade to pick. The installers were great too! They replaced the siding and they did great finish work...very professional construction. I’m so happy!!!

I was very pleased with our experience at Pella Windows and Doors of Waterloo. After a lot of research about replacement windows, I chose Pella because of the quality of their product and the lifetime warranty on the windows we purchased. Jason Krizek was very professional and knowledgeable about the choices available without overwhelming me with too much information. He answered all my questions about the installation process and specific details of the warranty. He provided multiple quotes to help me determine which options were best for us.The installation was completed above my expectations. Rod and his team were courteous, clean and very skilled. Several of our windows are unique with a deep ledge (aka stool) and Rod had a suggestion that worked great, looked better than the original woodwork and didnt need to be painted!The customer service and professionalism from Jason and Rod was excellent and I plan to continue updating windows in my home from them.

Jason is a great sales representative, working me into his schedule, and measuring my doorframe the morning that he was leaving on vacation. Rod and Nathan were my installation team and they worked very diligently to insulate, repair and replace whatever was necessary in the entry area of my 1942 house. I love my new perfectly fitting, airtight doors. Mary was so patient when dealing with the details of the ordering process. Thank you, Pella! You know that Im a repeat customer already in the five years I have owned my home.

SO OVERPRICED!Get a quote from them, and then go to Lowes and order the exact same windows. You will save hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars!After receiving a shocking quote to replace all windows in our home, we inquired as to how it was possible that the prices for the same special order windows at Lowes were so much lower than those from an actual Pella distributor. It seems like buying directly from the company would offer the best prices. That is not the case though. Far from it. We were told that this was due to volume discounts?!?My guess is that this location is just locally-owned Pella distributor, not a direct extension of the Pella company. There are plenty of contractor that can install windows, its not that difficult. Lowes even has agreements with licensed contractors that you can utilize. Do your homework, be sure to check around for prices, and dont assume that Pella Windows and Doors of Waterloo is the best or only option for purchasing Pella windows.

Jason with Pella was very easy to work with. Professional and prompt. Their prices and service was great. I had them do all new windows in my upstairs in a very old house that still had original windows. Installation took a day and everything looks great. Would highly recommend !

I obtained several estimates for the window replacements. Pella was not less than the others. However, two things sold me on Pella...the reputation, and more important, the customer service of the sales rep, Jason Krizek. He came across as knowledgeable and believable. Jason fully explained some of the regulatory requirements such as tempered glass, yet he also identified some cost-saving measures. Jason measured the current spaces and the new windows are spot-on fitting perfectly.The installers also have great customer service and did a great job with the installation. The one guy has done installations for 18 years, I asked if he had ever broken a window and he had not. I jinxed him apparently because the next day one of the windows got dropped. A small crack in the casing occurred. They installed that window because the old had already been removed. However they did not finish it out with the casing. Instead they ordered a new one and will replace this one. One of the reasons for the great reputation!Great job and will recommend to anyone.Joanne

Good service but I picked up my product several days before they notified me. Also, they said it was done for awhile. I would suggest checking up on your order.
