Eric was terrific to work with! He was very professional! He was amazing about communicating with us! Always responded to emails quickly! He was a lot of fun to work with and our wedding party had a blast with him and his team! We are excited to be able to relive our wedding day through our wedding video! Eric and his crew did an absolutely amazing job capturing my husband and I’s big day. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more genuine, kind, and amusing group of people to shoot our wedding! I was very impressed with their timeliness... we had everything back within a month or so. I am so happy I decided to spend the extra money for videography. I would have regretted for the rest of my life had I not. Thanks for everything Weddings by Bus Stop!!

Im not one to bash on others and write bad reviews.. but my experience with this company was just awful. My husband and I hired them to be our videographers for our wedding this past August. On the wedding day they were absolutely great. Fun to hang around, easy to talk to and it looked like they shot pretty much everything. He explained to us that it would take awhile to receive our video, so we expected that. About 4 months went by and I contacted him and asked how much longer it was going to take. His first response (excuse) was we are very behind, Ill have it to you by ___. That date came, still didnt get it. I contacted him again, asking where it was, another excuse was made as well as another new delivery date. This happened probably 3 or 4 times before my father in law had to get involved. Long story short, once we finally got our video, we watched it and were very disappointed. Considering how long it took him to get the video to us, we were expecting perfection. There were pieces missing in the video, he had my photographers name wrong, and this is the worst part: at the end of the video, it said CONGRATS GARMONS My last name is Rowenhorst. Garmon is my maiden name. He had it all wrong. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money he charges. PLEASE save your money with this company.
