DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I contacted them about removing a tree from my back yard. They came to my house without any notification and gave my wife an estimate of $4000. He then gave me an estimate of $3800. My wife pointed at the tree and that was the only interaction she had with them. I called to schedule a time for him to come to my house and plan the job on a Monday when I would be home. He entered my property without my permission on Friday while I was at work without my consent or approval without discussion the details of the job at all. His crew only removed 1 limb from the tree, they tore apart my fence without asking and destroyed my neighbors yard and pool. He did not remove the tree, he just cut down 1 branch for $3800.He is threatening to take me to court because I have refused to pay. The police were called because he showed up to my house to collect payment (and was VERY CONFRONTATIONAL). He claimed we had a verbal agreement because I told him Id like to meet. But NNNOOOO details of the job were EVER discussed.This man is either playing dumb or he is a total con. DO NOT TALK TO HIM, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!I have attached photos of the 1 limb he removed for $3800 and the ENTIRE TREE that is still there.

Sketchy business practices. Poor work. Never gave notice when theyd come but would always expect part of payment. Swore theyd finish the work then something always happened to delay. Completely insulted me for being unhappy with them leaving equipment in my yard.Owner claimed he doesnt know me and I have the wrong business but I have his business card with business transactions and check receipts from payment. I absolutely have the correct business.

We called them at 10 pm and they came out in the rain and took care of our tree dilemma. We would definitely recommend them...thanks guys

The best tree business period what they cant get to or reach we climb and do what others cant.

In May of 16 we had a severe storm go through Waterloo that left a large branch on the roof of our rental property. We called to have it removed plus have them do some trimming of the same tree. Specifically a large branch hanging over the neighbors driveway. They charged upwards of $4000 for this work. They left the tree looking like a skinned cat and never removed the large branch hanging over my neighbors driveway! But they cut the power to her house without asking or telling her! The owners son also got into an altercation with that same neighbor when she went to confront them. When we complained they said they would come back and trim some dead stuff out they left, but guess what? After they got paid, they never came back!!
