Understaffed. Was working w the clerk, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Other customers came into the store. It was near 7pm, the stores closing time, and she wanted to leave on time. So instead of turning people away or turning the open sign off she started multitasking, helping the new customers wh just entered the store while my husband and I waited. We finally decided we wanted had enough and asked to return the phone. We intended on going to Best Buy for better more consistent service. She could not return the phone we just purchased. She also did not activate the phone. So my husband waited for the other customers, who came in after us, to be helped before she returned to us to finish the transition. Dear store manager fix your staffing issue.
Jordan was extremely patient and helpful. He did everything he could to make me feel welcomed and set up with my needs.
Went into the Waterloo IL store to active my newly upgraded phone, which they took care of for me. The main problem was my husband put the new shipping label on the box so I could ship my old phone back. However, when up grading my phone the upgraded it with my husbands number not mine and told me to switch the SIM cards. The associate Jordan then precedes to take my new shipping label off the box and throw it away without my consent. I go into the store the next day and tell him about the label and blames me for allowing him to take it off when he shouldn’t have been touching it in the first place, and tells me to call customer service and print out a new one. Might return back to the store but definitely won’t be dealing with him.
Employee Matt did an excellent job with being efficient and helping us with all of our needs, he was very knowledgeable on promotions, discounts, and store services. Very pleased with our experience.

At&T has some really bad customer service and a glitchy mobile set up system. Dont fall for their online prepaid sim card plan, its a disaster if your switching lines from another provider, Im out over $300.00 and still no phone service whatsoever after 8 hours, no customer service agent answers the help line. Im on Indefinite hold, then disconnect. Im going back to Verizon. What a mess, other than that, the physical store lacks a good selection of phones to choose from, but the piercings and tattoos all over the sales reps are classy as fk;

Every time I have gone into this AT&T store the staff is very helpful. They always try to get me the best deal and explain everything so I can understand it and answer any questions I have. Very happy with the service I receive here.

The AT&T store in Waterloo has some excellent Staff. If you an old guy like me you can get confused 🤣. Well if you need help Jordan just may be the right man to help you. I found him to be very knowledgeable friendly and patient. He got me squared away in no time. I have been with AT&T for about 25 years. I think they are the BEST. The new iPhone pro is awesome. TOM
Lost a $2000 sale and multiple other lines due to rude staff and lack of in store support.
I loved the employees here, they were absolutely amazing and know their products. I loved the stuff they offered and the phones were great. The only thing is unlimited plans at other stores were so much lower and we had no choice but to go that route. I would recommend if you have extra cash go here and pay for insurance on your favorite phone that takes crystal clear pictures and fastest internet speed of all competitors. Definitely a must go.
This store did a great job helping us get new phones and the directv set up. It’s so nice dealing with people who understand people who have a hard time understanding technology. They were friendly and made the process fun and easy. Thanks Mike!!
Was at the Waterloo AT&T today getting new phones. Cannot recall the name of the fella who helped me, but he is big kinda scary looking dude with a beard who could easily pass for a NFL linebacker. Turns out he is super nice and very knowledgeable. I bombarded his with questions the whole time I was there and he never lost his cool and answered all my question to my satisfaction. He took extra time to explain to me how my purchases would affect my next bill and every bill after till my phones where paid for. I appreciate the personal treatment the folks at Waterloo provide.

I upgraded my phone a few months ago and switched to AT&T for my TV service and everything is running smoothly. The man that helped me was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything transferred from my old phone. I highly recommend checking them out to see what they can do for you.
Didnt get any sort of Welcome as entering the store. No one asked or said anything about wait time as I stood at the counter just waiting until I had to ask if they were the only ones working. They need a kiosk to just pay your bill and not have to deal with these people. Nick was rather rude and needs stronger customer service skills.
The difference between this store and any other store ive been to, this store makes you feel like family. Jordan really provides such a warm experience that you cannot get anywhere else. He took care of every problem i had and had me leaving laughing. I couldnt recommend this store more.

They’re usually very friendly but I had an interaction yesterday with an employee that made me not wanna go back. The employee spoke down to me and sort of made me feel stupid and I felt they weren’t listening to me when it came to the actual problem and insisted on a solution that doesn’t work. I was spoken down to only for the “solution” to be extremely ineffective.

Horrible customer service. The guy told me wrong specs and claimed the other worker at another store was incorrect. He checked and texted on his phone while we asked questions. Was very arrogant. I am done with this store.
