We have hired Matthias a few times but our last two experiences were awful. No follow up, no returned calls, promises not kept. Very unprofessional and far too expensive for the experience of being left hanging.

Hired this company last year to work in my cobblestone driveway. I was promised that the problems could be corrected and if I paid extra for this new technology sand, the problems would not reoccur. After payment, problems reoccurred. I called every two weeks for months and was simply ignored for the most part. Now that an entire year has passed I have new problems that didn’t exist before the “repair” was done. Even after the owner called and promised he’d take care of it. Thousands of dollars later, I now have to hire someone else to fix the damage they caused. The worst part about it is that I was a customer for over 10 years. Guess that what loyalty gets you.
