When my family an I were looking to move to the area we ran into the issue of companies not responding and when they did either the place was disgusting or they denied us due to us having pets, we didnt have that with Tyler, he was quick to message me back telling me every property they had to find the perfect space an abominations to our needs. The properties are more up dated and better priced then anything Ive found in the area and you cant beat the hardwood or tiled floors their low maintenance and beautiful; when it comes to management and the employees they seem to treat everyone as extended family; I recommend this company to anyone looking, theyll make the moving and renting experience alot less stressful and scary

Tyler was very inconsiderate of concerns of mold in a fridge. 5 days after our lease was signed he told me we needed to move. The fact him and his team tried to up the rent to take care of issues that needed taken care of prior to us moving in.

Tyler and the team at Rock Star Real Estate have gone out of their way to help us out on several occasions. We had a break in and Tyler got a place open a month early to accommodate us! One of our dogs had some unexpected health issues, (which lead to unexpected vet bills) Tyler waived our late fee and gave us some breathing room before rent was due. They do an incredible job of sprucing up the homes; putting in new flooring, appliances, etc.. If you are searching for a nice place to live without breaking the bank, this is the place to look!

Rockstar took a chance on me when they didnt need to. I was homeless and didnt have much of a history. They even make sure the apartment was available as soon as possible in order to get me off the street. A full year later, and Im still in the apartment and intend to stay for who knows how long. This stability they gave me has helped me get my life back on track and I cant thank them enough.

Weve been with Rock Star for 6 months. From the very beginning Tyler and Greg said what they were going to do and delivered 100%. They have been professional and attentive to any issues we have had. I definitely recommend them.

This has been the best landlord experience I have ever had. All the appliances were brand new when I moved in. They always give a notice before needing to come in the house. They work with my schedule being a night shift worker and are always respectful of my time. The maintenance workers are the best, I can call them for any concern I have and they get back to me in a timely manner. My home was unfortunately broken into and Greg was there within 30 minutes to change out the locks and Tyler was ready to install motion lights and anything I needed to make me feel safe. That week, they also chopped down tree branches and bushes in the yard to make the home more visible from the street. I would most definitely refer anyone to this company.

Havent seen houses this updated and big in the area for such a good price and with the expansion; they have more options then most companies; not quick to push you into rental to make a sale they find the best fit for you; you would be missing out not checking out their properties

I will rate Rockstar real estate five stars I have been at the house that Ive lived in for the last Almost year and a half Ive had no problems with anyone from Rockstar real estate they have been awesome whenever I have a maintenance request any of the maintenance guys are here within less than 24 hours they fix the problem Ive never had any problems with Tyler or any other of the Rockstar real estate people they have been awesome to me and I recommend anyone ever wanting to rent a house you rent it from Rockstar real estate
