Went for routine bloodwork and was met with a very nasty receptionist who clearly is not happy with her job path. She continuously smartmouthed me because she said she didnt like the way my Drs office submitted the order??? I was not about to be talked to the way she was choosing to conduct herself, so I walked out. She had a similar demeanor with the lady prior. My advice is avoid this one.

Worker was beyond friendly and doing her best to get everyone in and out as quickly as she could, but she was by herself on a jam packed Saturday morning. Line was long & she couldve benefited from some help!

The staff person, Carly, was wonderful, quick and she was more than proficient. Very grateful for her level of care! Thank you.

Always good service and well qualified and educated staff. I have never had a bad visit. Personnel are very nice.

9/21/18 (morning) I was a little apprehensive about using this location after reading the (3) neg reviews but it was convenient so I did and I’m so glad I did! The young lady was fast, gentle and very friendly. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a personal shout out. I will definitely use this lab again should the need arise.

Had appointment today (July 28, 2018) at 10:15am to have routine blood work done. We showed up at 9:45am and no one was there! The doors were locked and the lights were off as if nobody had even bothered to open the place for business today. I AM LIVID!!!!I called the phone number to try to get ahold of somebody and after having to listen to a 7-minute prerecorded informational message 😡 it said to stay on the line to talk to the next available representative. Except I didnt get to talk to ANYBODY. I got voicemail. 😡😡 I left a message with my name & number, the date & time, that we had an appointment AND A CONFIRMATION NUMBER for the appointment, and told them to call me back. WE DROVE 90 MILES FOR NOTHING. Because the employees of LabCorp arent responsible enough to keep the business hours that are posted? Posted on the door of the building itself AND on the website?!!! Or to return a phone call?!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Made an appointment for 7:45 and 8:00. Others who had not made appointments were taken first. Still waiting at 8:30. Only one person working. Crazy!

Had a great experience today dont remember her name but I didnt have any bruising on my arm..she was great and friendly...

I showed up and they said they didnt have any hubs to draw blood. The woman had a nose ring and looked very unprofessional. She blamed another employee for the problem.

Checked in at 315 to get blood drawn. Had to run downstairs to my DR office to get paperwork. Came back at 3:25 and the door was closed and locked. Hours indicate they are open until 3:30. Unacceptable!
