I am using my husbands email account to send my evaluation - Nancy Lynch. My appointments at Miracle Ear - Waterloo Office are always friendly and professional. Kayla greets my husband and myself when we enter. Even though she is wearing a mask, we know that she is smiling. Hopefully she knows we are also smiling under out masks. Greg always comes out to greet us. He then will go back to his office to clean before he takes us back. He answers all our questions, especially my husbands.The adjustments he has made to my hearing aid during the last three visits have been very helpful. He always explains what he is doing. He always tells me to call him if I am having any problems. So far no problems.

I appreciate that we do not have to wait for be seen.We are always treated with respect and dignity.We especially appreciate that Sues hearing aides can be serviced, even while shes a patient in long term care, when Margret can take them to the Miracle Ear office. Thank you.

Whenever I take my mom to Miracle Ear, we both have a great experience. The staff is kind and thoughtful and the service excellent. Moms hearing aid is truly a miracle. She is sooo deaf without it, but with it we can once again talk things over. Thanks, Miracle Ear.
