I stopped in, provided my insurance info and was told the windshield would take one to two weeks to arrive. I called after one week to check and was told that NOTHING had been done! Clearly this business should not be advertising that they do auto glass. My response was to call Go Glass. They were awesome!

Replaced the windshield on my car today and everything went very smooth; called today booked the appointment for today, did it today, and above all, cheaper from all competitors in town I shopped. Novus provided shuttle service at drop off and pick up, excellent work on the replacement, got the car shining and spotless within the promised time.Definitely I will be back to this shop (God forbid not for windshield again) for oil change and work on the breaks. Got a stone chip fixed in my windshield. Service, was fast, friendly, hassle free and very reasonably priced. The repair looks great and will presumably save me from replacing my whole windshield. I would definitely recommend for any vehicle glass repairs or replacements.

This place had the best price I could find and they fit me in quickly. At first I thought they did a great job, however about a week later I noticed everything was sticking to the top of my dashboard. They spilled some sort of industrial glue all over my dashboard and all down in the console.. it now has dust and lint and hair stuck to it and its impossible to remove.. Ive tried goo gone and some other cleaners with no luck. This is in a four foot strip along the top of my dashboard under the windshield. It looks horrible and is quite annoying.

A couple of months ago I initially received a stone chip while driving on the highway and it turned into a crack overnight with the temperatures below freezing.I researched to determine the best local shop and found Novus Glass had a high rating so I decided to take my car in to get it repaired. As suspected, the whole windshield had to be replaced.To my surprise, they took care of everything from start to finish including dealing directly with my insurance company to ensure the repair was covered.I would definitely recommend Novus to anyone who is seeking a repair as they went above and beyond with their excellent customer service.Thanks again to Johnathan and his team for all the work they did.

Had a great experience with Novus Glass Weber location Waterloo. I was able to get a shuttle to work after dropping my car off in the morning as well as a shuttle back to the location after work if I needed it. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and I was very happy with the service I received.

We showed up with a tiny chip in the windshield to be repaired (quoted as $120 elsewhere), and when we returned there was a HUGE crack all the way accross the windshield, and we were told it would cost $5k to replace. Said it happens to 50% of the cars they see!! Do NOT reccomend!Revision: they have offered to replace the glass for a reduced rate, in order to make it right. Still incredibly more expensive than it should have been, but at least they are putting in a genuine effort

Debated on getting my windshield replaced as it can get expensive these days so I called a few local glass replacement shops for a quote and not only were the people at Novus Glass Waterloo the least expensive but they were super quick in getting it done. Came with a lifetime guarantee and they told me it would take roughly 3 hours but only took 2. They also dropped me off at my home and picked me up when it was done! - Thanks to all of the people at Novus glass. I will definitely be back as they are also a full-Service shop. I brought my car here after it had a window smashed in a break-in. They had unbeatable prices, finished the repair the same day, and were incredibly friendly. They even drove me home after I dropped my car off, and picked me up again when it was finished. I would highly recommend Novus Glass to anyone needing a window repaired.

Im going to start this off to say the technician was great at the location, My new windshield looks great on the vehicle and I dont see any issues with the installation. They had the best price around I could find.My issue with the business stems from the customer experience. I was told there were two windshields available for my vehicle. One with heated wipers and one without. Not knowing my vehicle well I advised the rep that I did not believe I had this as a feature on my vehicle (base model). While I was on the phone with the rep, he told me that the windshield with the heated section was actually cheaper. Me wanting to save some money, I told them to go ahead and order the cheaper windshield with the option. I was amazed when I was told it was in stock the Thursday when I called. I promptly booked in for the following Monday.Monday comes, I arrive, only to be told it wasnt the right windshield that they had in stock. That what they had in stock was the one without the heated wiper portion which the technician confirmed I required as it was an option on my vehicle (turns out all Kias sold in Canada have this). I am told they can install the windshield without the proper option for the same price, which I declined. I am then told I can come back the following day as the windshield will be in stock. Having things to do around the house, they agreed to arrange to shuttle me back the next day if I drop my vehicle off in the morning when they opened.It turns out, that driving me 15 minutes home was apparently a huge favor which made up for all my wasted time and frustration the day before. I am told they can pick me up no problem because they have a job to do nearby around lunch right around when my vehicle was supposed to be done. This turned out to be more like after 3 p.m. I arrive and make payment and am offered a card to write a positive review for them. I told the same rep I spoke to on Thursday I wouldve given them 5 stars had it have not been for the mishap of not having the right windshield. His reply to that was to politely call me a liar stating I told him to order the windshield without the option. The only person that made the experience somewhat nice was the female employee from the Speedy side of the shop.TLDR: If you order a windshield from this place, make sure they go back and check that its the proper windshield before you waste your time like I did.

The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Rob. They were able to get me in for a new windshield right away and had the best prices out of anyone else in town that I called.

I just wanted to clarify a negative review a close friend of mine, Sarah Kate gave a few days ago. I brought my new 2019 Mustang GT (only had the car for a month and a half) to Novus glass after getting a stone chip in the windshield.Johnathon explained to me that by visual appearence, the chip looked repairable however as with any glass repair there is the possibility that the crack will spread when the technician injects the liquid repair compound.Unfortunately this is exactly what happened in my situation. When I returned, I found my windsheild had cracked further and would now need to be replaced. Making matters worse, as I found out when I contacted my insurance broker I discovered my new policy on my new Mustang had a $5000 deductible.As if this wasnt bad enough, as my new car has a lane departure camera system and rain sensor (for the automatic wipers). This meant that I had the most expensive windshield option available and the camera system would require recalibration after the windshield was changed.Johnathon and the staff at Novus went the extra mile to get me a factory original windshield and reinstall the camera system and get the dealership to calibrate the system as inexpensively as possible. Long story short but they saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair compared to having the work done at a dealership entirely.This level of customer commitment is to be commended. I am grateful for the help Johnathon and the staff at Novus gave me to help make a bad situation better.Ronjon Sircar

So I went to get window tints and a subwoofer installed. Rob has been the one to help me, and his service, like always, was impeccable (this is the 4th car that Rob has done for me personally). The window tints look unreal, 5 in the back and 15 in the front. And the subwoofer has been installed properly and it sounds really good especially since he tuned it, Rob has even fixed the amp and capacitor to the back seats without me even having to ask. The service is excellent, the prices are competitive and I would recommend anyone to use Novus Glass for whatever car needs you have.
