Rite Environmental started a new route for waste pickup when several people expresses the need for a route due to another Waste Mgt price gouging us, rude phone etiquette, and obnoxious driver behavior. Rite Environmental staff were courteous and polite, informative about their services with pickup options avail. They even provided the garbage can at no chg. Several payment options are available making it easy and convenient to pay the bill. Their services are much less than the price gouging we received from WM. I highly recommend their services.

I used Rite for a concrete project. Disposal was affordable due to their concrete recycling partnerships. Service was prompt and they had great customer service! I will definitely use Rite for future projects!

Nice to do business with a local company instead nation-wide corporation at a much better price. They take my garbage and I dont have to call them every 3 months to haggle over the price like the other company. No tack on fuel cost or regulatory charges. Same price all the time, no haggling.I highly recommend Rite for your garbage service.

If you choose another company for your residential waste management then you aint Rite.

Use them for weekly household trash removal. They are on time and easy and professional to work with.

I am so impressed with how your employees leave the garbage cans once they are finished collecting our garbage! Before, my husband would have to go down into the ditch to retrieve at least one can every time, and the lids would be all over. Now I have to double check to see if the garbage has even been collected because they look so undisturbed!! We notice and it is really appreciated!!

Timely and reasonable prices!

I love that they are efficient and come around mid afternoon rather than 1st thing in the morning in case we forget to take our garbage can to the street curb. Also very reasonably priced!

In about a week it will be 3 months since our last pick up. Along with us calling them multiple times and them informing us that we will get added to a drivers list to get picked up the next day. It never happened. Had to cancel service because our garbage has literally been overflowing for the past month and you pay in advance, such a waste of money!

Sometimes they miss a pickup, but when I call they are always friendly and will credit my account accordingly.

They are awesome and have online bill pay, oh and their trucks dont leave puddles of hydraulic fluid in you parking lot.
