We recently used Heartland Travel (Connie) to book a trip to Mexico. With extra rules, paperwork, etc. due to Covid we thought working with a travel agent was necessary. While other travelers stood at the check-in counter and TSA filling out paperwork, we zipped right through as we had all our paperwork done beforehand. Thank you Connie!
