Had zipper on my Norhface jacket replaced. When giving my card to pay, I was told they didnt accept cards and that he believes that was told to me when I dropped off the jacket. I looked at him to see if maybe that was his attempt at humor.. hopefully, and I could roll with that, but It wasnt. It was with attitude. Then I asked where the atm was and he just pointed and said over there. Whats with the attitude? Wow! I was hoping to happily review this place with a 5🌟 but Im all about customer service and this was waaaay below that. Forget the job done on the jacket. Any place advertised they can do the job would actually do whats expected. That isnt the point here, though. This is about customer service and the lack thereof. Not only is it $2.50 from the atm, but its also another $2 - $3 from my bank, plus the negative feeling it left me with. To say the words I believe they told you that when you dropped it off in itself is just unproffessional. He wasnt there, therefore He wouldnt know. Other ways to have gotten the point across. When I said they hadnt, he just looked down and said well, Ive been here over a year and Ive always said that. I replied Really.. Let me know how that would sound. I just came in and dropped off my jacket to you, what then? Do you give receipt first? Do you say that and then give receipt? Whats the order that would have taken place? He proceeded to tell me what wouldve been said and I replied that, that wasnt said at all and I wouldve remembered something like that. Especially sounding like you havent been saying that for very long and it not rolling off the tongue so easily. Anyone wouldve remembered that. In giving my change (not looking at me at all) I was fixed on him to see if maybe a thank you for doing business or something would come out but.... Nothing. He just walked away. Wow! Never go back there -

Amazing Customer Service!My brothers luggage was lost for my fathers wedding. They sold him a $150 very nice suit and altered it in the spot in 15 minutes! Who else would / could do that???

I’ve had a dozen shirts and a couple of sport coat altered at DY. The work is excellent and their pricing is reasonable. Their turnaround time is the best of any tailor I have used.

Best place to go in the Cedar Valley for alterations. Its definitely one of the things I miss most about living there. Cant find a place as good as LY where I live now. They are always professional and extremely nice. Yang (I believe thats his name) even goes out of his way to do things and doesnt charge me. I wanted some sleeves hemmed but changed my mind because I was already going to be spending a lot of money, but he did it anyways and didnt charge me. The quality and speed of their work is great!

New to getting my suit adjusted. Staff was friendly, worked with me to get things just how I wanted them, and the price wasnt steep. Would recommend them to anyone as lost as I was.

I have only been once but I was impressed with the level of service. The lady that helped me have some pants hemmed was very nice and professional. The pants were ready the next day. However, there was a little mix up and the gentleman that works there accidentally gave my pants to someone else. I was a bit dumbfounded at first but he told me he would personally deliver them to my house. He came by the same day and dropped them off and didnt charge for the service. I understood that everyone makes mistakes but I truly appreciate this business going above and beyond to make it right!
