This was the first time I could ever give them a five star. The lady I spoke with was very nice and respectful. Every single time Ive had to deal with them before they were rude and disrespectful and treated me less than a human when it had nothing to even do with me

Called at 9:30pm an ask about bailing somebody out of jail. Lost connection an called back. Word for word the lady on the phone said your the one who called asking for a bond without any money? I said yes Im a full time employee with a bi weekly pay che... She cut me off an said well thats to bad your going to have to call back in the morning theres nothing we can do for you then hung up... Im really surprised because this same thing happened with my sister last month around the same time an thay helped her...
