Overall I had a good experience. I was with Geico for 6 years. One day, Megan reached out to me to see if I was interested in switching to State Farm. I accepted her request to run a quote for me. Turned out, she matched what I had at Geico for 30.00 less. I proceeded with the activation process. Secondly I worked with Stacy. I compared my Geico plan to my State Farm plan and had some questions. Stacy answered many of my questions and also lowered my comprehensive from 1 grand to 250.00 for only $4 more a month. I was sold after that! Thirdly I worked with Kayla, bless her heart. She helped me twice. I got a random email saying that I would get a device in the mail yet I had no idea that my initial quote included my approval on the device. Concerned, I called and Kayla answered. Kayla made me feel comfortable agreeing to proceed with the device. The second time Kayla helped me was when I was setting up auto pay. Kayla assured me that I would not pay twice by suspending the second payment for this month that was scheduled. I am thankful for Megan who found the deal, Stacy who sealed the deal, and Kayla who answered my questions and gave me the words of affirmation I needed.
