We were scheduled for them to come out, they canceled. Set up an appointment for the following week. Started out good but then their equipment wouldnt work. Finally they got it started and it was a rush job they had to get to their next job. Was suppose to clean dryer vent, didnt happen. Asked for before and after pictures, showed us a couple dont even know if they were for our home. Its been about a month since they have been here still lots of dust on furniture. I dust about every other day, because of the dust. Cindy said she would send us a receipt when check cleared that never happened either.

I thought the crew done a very good professional job. They were careful with the things in my home. I would definitely recommend Rogers to my friends.

We had remodeled the interior of the house and needed the duct work and furnace cleaned! They came and were very thorough. Taking pictures along the way to make sure everything was getting cleaned. They shared the before and after pictures. I watched the whole process and was very impressed with how they went about their work!

Great customer service and overall service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They personally showed me the ducts before and after and took photos, too. Nice knowing we now have a fresh start for our new HVAC system.

These pictures are what I found in my duct work after Rogers had supposedly cleaned my duct work. I do not have a large home. After I notified them they did come back and do a more thorough cleaning. If you do decide to use Rogers, just make sure you go through and check ALL duct work and not just where they stuck the vacuum hose. Had I not checked we would have been breathing this for the next 30 years.

They did a really great job! They provide you before and after pictures which my husband and I really liked! I feel so much better knowing how clean our furnace is. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned well!

They left magazine pages, dust and sharp pieces of metal all throughout my house. All of the holes in the ductwork were covered with masking tape instead of the plugs like they were supposed to. The only reason they get a second star is because they came back and re-did the whole job. Sloppy work; would not recommend.
