Place is a scam samatha grey or whatever her name is charge me a fueling fee even though I refilled the truck with more fuel then what I received it all the uvulas in Waterbury are scams. Please be careful

This uhaul location has a very small selection, short office hours, and poor vehicle maintenance. I one time rented a truck here that had a slash in one of the dual rear tires, I drove it over 200 miles while in that condition and returned it flat. The next morning I went back to rent another truck, and they gave me the same one with the same slash in the rear tire! At that point I decided to cancel my reservation and use a different rental location.

The people working there are pros - the place is kept very clean ~

Thanks to the young lady that helped me August 22 Thursday morning. After being refused service by Brandon on Meriden road you went above and beyound for me. I needed a truck and storage unit. They had what I needed on Meriden Rd but for some reason Brandon didnt want to assist me he sent me to you..thanks Brandon. When you discovered Meriden rd had exactly what I needed you called. You and I knew after hearing him on speaker phone he just didnt want to assist. I was calm and polite eventhouh. You hung that phone up and went to work on my behalf. Thanks and I want you to continue being a blessing to others. God bless you

Where do I start. Pulled up to uhual Bank St, Wtbry. Guy asked moving in or out, I said in went into the store he pulled up all my information. My info was in the system because I reserved a truck and a storage room 2 days before. So I had my total for the truck and the total for the storage room. He then went to mention that he had to do it all over again. WHY I DO NOT KNOW... My reservation was for a storage room 10x5 if that’s not available go to the next size he said there was none available so he gave a 10x15 which my online price was $111.43 his price was $189.90 and he could not give me the online price that I was quoted. So I called the store the next day but they didn’t pick up and was transferred to the operator for that location and she said there were storages that size available. 😡 he also mentioned that uhual only uses the one lock and it was there’s so I had to purchase there lock for $12.00 another rip off. I would never use this location AGAIN or refer anyone here. Worst of the worst.

DO NOT LET U-HAUL TOUCH YOUR CAR - they burned out my cars electronics and it cost me almost $1,000!! Its really unethical that they do not take any responsibility for it.

Employees super hostile and with bad attitude. Bad service, I went last Saturday, August 4 at 1:00 p.m. and the employees gave a bad service.
