I went there recently and got a new laundry card out of their machine, which I loaded $20 on. When I put the $20 in, the machine was dispensing the card when alarms started going off, stating that the card was invalid and I needed to contact the owner. The owner was not on site, so I called the telephone # on a sign that was posted. I was telling the owner what happened and she had an attitude from the beginning. She told me she was on her way. Once the owner arrived, I told her what happened and she said that APPARENTLY I was supposed to put the card back in to see that there was $20 on it. I told her I did that but the machines were ALL saying the card was invalid. She then reluctantly purchased me a new card with her $20, and when I asked to make sure the card was good, she got more of an attitude with me. She didnt even check the old card I had, instead she took it from me and threw it behind her. Not good customer service, Im not returning to this place again. Please learn to treat people better.Also need to add Ive been going here since about April of this year after my family and I moved here, and never had an issue until today...

These reviews are very suspicious. I’ve been here for a year and never had a horrible experience. It may not be the best a top notch but it’s still a good place to quickly do laundry. The reason I think these reviews are suspicious is because the only time I’ve ever seen the lady give “dirty looks” is when someone does something outrageously disgusting and or do not follow rules such as keep a mask on. Some customers are rude and gross with how they handle the machines.

Love this place. Free drying is great but the lady who works there... lets just say shes a riot and well, makes my laugh while doing laundry so it doesnt seem so bad spending 2 hours at the laundromat.Also, seeing her work doing other peoples laundry, she seems to take care of the clothing and folds neatly. Prices seem very reasonable for laundry drop off service.You should definitely give them a try.

Best place in town to do laundry a little on the outskirts of town but its good. They have great deals Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday ... If you have a lot of clothes and you want to save money this is the best place to go . The best part is right next door there is a Compare Foods so if you dont have any laundry detergent or you dont want to pay too much you can buy it there .

Owner short blonde lady so rude. Gives customers dirty looks. Wouldnt recommend it free drying isnt enough for the horrible service you get there besides the prices of the washer machines you basically pay for drying. Dont do laundry here owner is not deserving of good customers money and business. HORRIBLE RUDE OWNER & being starred down by owner. Probably racist.

The woman there was very rude, claiming to know about laundromats in NYC when she had never been there. The dryers may be free, but they add on the difference to the washing machine so you really do pay more. I will never go back there. If you want a relaxing, experience with kind people to talk to, go somewhere else.

The lady that works there is very rude and disrespectful. I really hope she is not the owner. It was my first time there Nd she kept giving me dirty looks and when asked a question she ignored me so I asked again and she was snippy and not helpful or nice with her answer at all. I went outside and when I came back in she told me to stop going in and out and opening the door and that the door I came in was not supposed to be used. Only door unlocked and not only that it is the door off the parking lot with the open sign on it. Will never return agIn, first, last, and only time I will be opening her door. Worse experience ever. No customer service or business sense at all when running a place open for public use.

I walked in and instantly turned around .. this place is a dump. Its dirty inside and out !!! It smelled so bad I thought someone pooped on the floor ...I wouldnt recommend to anyone unless you have no choice.
