I was so impressed with the people from AAA&B Locksmith. I called them very late in the afternoon as I thought we had locked ourselves out of our house after walking our dogs. The gentleman on the phone quoted me a 20 minute arrival time and he was there in less than that.Embarrassingly, while we waited for him to arrive, I was able to jiggle the handle just enough to dislodge the lock (we hadnt meant to lock it and had turned the little locking knob only slightly by mistake). He was very kind and not judgmental at all about this.Although it turns out we didnt really need their services, its great to know that there are professionals a call away in case of an emergency.

My previous experience with a locksmith was very jaded due to shady business practices, bad quality work and very high prices. Today on Christmas day where all major stores were closed i was able to find this great locksmith here in waterbury ct. Called AAA&B Locksmith Llc whom provided me with great service and was of great help in making and programing my key and the price was great. Thank you.

Locksmith answered the call first thing in the morning and was able to be onsite within a couple of hours. All locks changed quickly and efficiently. Only issue was that the price almost doubled, despite my getting a specific quote on the phone for 4 locks - the knob and the dead bolt. He said it was 8 locks once he was on site. Said he didnt remember me mentioning them, but Im rather detail-oriented, I know I did, very specifically. The dead bolts are also easier to change than the knobs, but he up-charged for each deadbolt - doubling the price per door. It definitely felt like as soon as he saw a woman that he felt he could jack up his rates. If I wasnt in a time crunch, I would have used a different company. However, the end result was that all the locks were changed quickly and correctly, but definitely for a premium price. Make sure you get a detailed quote and repeat with details to confirm to avoid any miscommunication.

Then I show him the receipt from Leos Lock and Key for $26.00 and he still wants his $60 lol. Called CT Lock Services 10 minutes later had 2 keys cut for $20!! Call CT lock services first.

HORRIBLE service- Key fob to my truck stopped working while I was out running errands. Called around 1 pm was told 300$ and a technician would be calling me back. Technician called and said he couldnt get to me until around 5. I said I couldnt do that because my daughter needs to be locked up from school an hour away at 4 or so. He said okay Ill be there around 3 and we will have you all set. After waiting two hours he calls at 3:18 and says you might want to get in your other car and go pick your daughter up Im not gonna be there for a while. UNACCEPTABLE! purposely had me wait in hopes of me being stranded as well as my daughter now being stranded. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Im going back to get keys done on my other vehicials so I wont have to do this again during this holiday season.

Very quick and painless experience. was told i had to have my car towed to Acura to get a new key programmed, these guys saved me all that hassle. Called them and with in an hour or so of the phone call my car was unlocked and running. He even gave me an option to go get the key code myself from Acura which saved me even more money. Highly recommended, great cheap solution to getting a spare key made for any vehicle that requires the key be programmed to the ignition.
