Terrible!!!! They cashed my check weeks ago but said they didnt get it. Cut off my business phone with no way to talk to anyone, and theyre automated service wont allow me to talk to someone, but it WILL allow me to pay the same bill twice.Do NOT use Frontier for business - get a more professional service to handle your phone needs. Your business deserves better!
Horrendous customer service. I have had innumerable frustrating experiences dealing with their customer service reps. over the phone: they rarely understand your issue when your internet and/or phone service is interrupted, and they keep you on the phone for unusually long, extended periods of time, placing you on hold constantly. They also are quick to say that you need new equipment, which so far has not been the case. Overall, I wish AT&T hadnt sold the company to them, however switching to Comcast at this point would be expensive and they arent much better. Its a Catch 22.
I called customer service because there is a tremendous amount of static on our line. After a long time on hold, the woman I spoke with did a test and confirmed that there is a problem with my line. She even said that she could barely hear me over the static. She even called me back on my cell phone so we could have a conversation about the problem.She told me that the earliest that they could send someone out would be in 6 DAYS!I asked for an earlier appointment and she told me that was the soonest available time available.Meanwhile, I’m without a functioning phone for nearly a week.This is poor service to say the least.
Called because I was having technical issues, ended up being on the phone for almost 2hrs and spoke to 5 different representatives. Having to verify and explain the issues over and over to each one. Conclusion-issue still not resolved and no cost refunded!

Frontier has the worst customer service i experienced in my life, i been over charged numerous times, i ordered a new remote which was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 business days and it took frontier 4 weeks to finally send it, they finally sent it after I complained 2 times and I was told since it took so long the remote was would be free, nope they still charged me 20$, the customer service rep lied to me on how much my new contract was going too be, and every time i call it takes me over a hr to actually talk to someone after being on hold for so long .and how can i forget about all the sneaky little fees and charges they sneak on my monthly cable bill . yup there pretty bad .
Poor customer service. They delete recorded customer calls after PURA asks about them and demand that customers serve them with a subpoena

Tech support and customer service are terrible... You deal with West Virginia, Texas, or Tampa to get service in Connecticut. Save yourself some headaches, dont bother

Disturbingly rude service. I called only to enquire about Frontier internet and phone service. I was very clear I did not want Frontier Service at that time. Service person made appointment for install I did not want. I did not notice this until I received an invoice for the service in my email. I called both to the sales department and service department (on hold for 40 minutes). They told me I had no account with Frontier. Today the serviceman came to my house to try to install the service I did not want. I did not let him. I called Frontier’s Grand Street office and when she told me I needed to call customer service I was trying to explain I already did she just hung up on me.
Frontier the internet medium which you should take into account when choosing a company to provide you with the best internet coverage I recommend them
