Awful communication, very difficult to get a response from management. 1 manager for 3 buildings is a ridiculous amount of work for 1 person. No structure in assisting tennants. Ive been dealing with a smoke issue from other tenants for months, and I have had no help with dealing with the issue. Im asthmatic, I own a cat, and my partner and I are dealing with potential damage of expensive clothes due to the smell seeping through vents and walls. Any issue Ive ever had is typically met with no response or a lack of follow through in resolution. Definitely not staying here another year, currently a tenant as I am writing this and very frustrated

I wouldnt even give this place one star honestly. My husband and I lived at Highland Ridge for four years. During the first year it was great. After they brought in new management, they started renting to whomever could afford the rent! Peoples cars were broken into, the property has a pool but they started letting outsiders into the pool and multiple times I had to leave because random groups of people were there, our elevator was off from January until August, and they have yet to give us our security deposit back after we moved out. This was once a great place to live but now, I wouldnt recommend it it to my worst enemy!

Stay away. Better places in Waterbury with no headaches. Management will not work with you in any problems. Its their policy.
