The employees are magical when it comes to massage therapy, however, the business itself is not very good on communication with their customers. Ive been waiting patiently for them to reopen and now that the State of CT has basically resumed normal daily business, i assumed they would be eager to get up and running again. Apparently thats not the case because I stopped by today to see for myself due to the lack of info on their website. Well I wasted my time bcuz theyre not opened, nor do they have any information on when they will be.***If anyone from the store is reading this, PLEASE let me know.when u will be opening back up for business? Great massage. Definitely returning. My body feels so much better and the lady really knew what she was doing.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. This place does a good job on my back. They give a solid deep tissue massage. The price cant be beat.

Changed management before Christmas. New changes are not for the better. Cindy now on vacation, so they say, she may not be back. If she doesnt return I wont be back. I have been coming for 10 years. I do not like the changes. It was 5 stars prior to the new management.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ive given this place so many chances, figuring it was just maybe I seen the wrong person. But no, theyre so rough in there no matter what to the point where I come out with my body in more pain than it was when I first went in there. I cant even imagine ever getting more than 20 minutes of that horrendous experience they call a massage.

The management changed !!! Everything changed after it !He started the timer while he was talking to other clients !And he asked me to tip him before he even started !The towels were dirty too !Never come back again
