I had a carpet EMERGECY! The previous tenant had a cat that ruined the flooring in the unit, but we had another tenant moving in with a short turn around. The owner, Dalton, is a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable in his trade and has the best prices in town. I went in just looking to price some laminate, and dalton convinced me to go with a beautiful engineered hardwood instead and it ended up being cheaper than the laminate I was gonna go with at Lowe’s!And the purchase process was easy and dalton with see it through all the way. Always checked up on me and will always answer his phone if I needed something. I know when I need more flooring, this is where I’ll go in the future.

When it comes to great customer service and a positive easy experience this locally owned business is a 10 star rating all day long!I was in the thick of a flooring remodel and shopped at Lowes, Home Depot, Florcraft and Giant Dons all of which were only interested in making a sale and gouging the consumer. Great customer service and super quick response time. Staff were very helpful helping pick out the product. When there were minor fixes needed afterward, they were fixed almost immediately.

We stopped into the store one Saturday and met the store manager. We had some water damage and needed to replace our carpeting. After picking out the carpet and scheduling the install they called and said hey we found a deal at some mill or something that ended up getting us a better quality at a lower price. Dalton, the owner, and his son were very fast in installing new carpeting in our recently purchased townhouse. The carpet and padding underneath are exquisitely plush (always go with a thick padding underneath and low shag carpet on top. Very easy to clean and is great for those persons with disabilities needing extra comfort while walking, to cushion ones joints. ITS LIKE WALKING ON A CLOUD!) and they are very reasonably priced. Dalton (the owner) was able to get me a back of a deal on some Vinyl Plank floors for a couple of my rental units. What would normally of run me at least 10k I ended up getting for right at 6. He generally seems like a good guy who will do whatever he can to ensure that everyone involved with the deal leaves happy.Dalton took the time to work with me and find exactly what I was looking for. At the end of the day I got a good deal, and he made a little money too. It was cheaper than other places, and neither of us felt like we were getting the short end of the stick. Installers (owners son) caused $600 worth of damage to trim work in our rental property. The installers threatened with a contractors lean less than 24 hours after they installed the carpet. The owner also called me and yelled at me for not paying his son right after installation.Also the latch was not reinstalled for the crawl space door.
