I personally use Alpine to pump my septic. I recently had an issue with a rental property. I called Alpine and explained the issue over the phone. They went right out and addressed the issue, repaired same day and then went back out to run the camera down the line to check for further issues. Let me start by saying we used this company for years and they have recently changed ownership and service is GONECalled them out yesterday because line was backed up from house to tank. Told the lady on phone we needed the 100 snake and was told ok so I went to work. Guy shows up and my mom is there to greet him. She tells me she specifically asked him like 15 times why he would not use a snake to be told that he would use the Jetter instead as he was the plumber not her.(we had already ran a Jetter down thats why we asked for the snake) he ran it down and then proceeded to tell her it was a solid grease plug would require two more big trucks and could not be done til Monday (guess we were just not to use our house) office was just as bad on the customer service side! Called Larrys Drain here in valley they used the snake and had it cleared in 30 min. And camera shows no grease!! Can not imagine how many people Alpine is ripping off because they are the plumber 😡

Called on a Saturday and the lady that answered my call literally spent 20 minutes answering all of my questions and concerns. Amazing service and highly recommend.

Had a frozen septic line at our cabin I discovered on a weekend visit. Called Alpine who does my periodic pumping and they rushed to my place to thaw the line and get me back in service. The crew was competent, witty and quick. They made a few suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. Very much appreciated the honest and funny communication. The guys were great. Hope to see them again......just not working on my septic system!

I highly recommend Alpine septic and refuse to use anyone else. I called after I had our septic tank was pumped and was informed that I may have to replace our leech field within a year. This is not the cheapest repair that you can do on your home. I called and Arlene was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction. She schedule for someone to come out and pump our leech tank before the snow fell and was very comforting. Thanks Alpine Septic!

The experience was great! I had an emergency call out. The overtime rate was reasonable and the service was exceptional. They were pumping within an hour of calling on a Saturday evening. You cant beat that!

Driver was young, lazy, and put no effort into locating system. Company charged more than they’d quoted and added extra fees without contacting me first. When cleaning lines at my rental property, they left a pile of waste in the yard. When I contacted the company to resolve the situation, they were less than accommodating and not professional. There are too many other companies to choose from so I stopped using Alpine several years ago.I found the reliability and professionalism I expect in Blue Moon Septic.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my system and maintenance. Their driver Shawn was on time and got my system working again in no time, and the company took care of my situation on fairly short notice even with a busy schedule. I paid far less than what I was expecting for them to clean out an over filled system.

Alpine Septic is a very professional company. We have tried other septic pumping companies with no satisfaction. One of the other companies actually tried to tell my wife that our septic was about to fail and that if we didnt have them put in a new septic we would have sewage backing up into our home. I had my septic system inspected and it is in great working order. Honest and fair business practices are part of what define a company as Good. Alpine Septic is polite and friendly as well, so they are better than Good. I would, and do, recommend Alpine Septic for any and all of your septic needs.

This review is from December 2017! I was having problems with my septic, and was very very leary about having a company I didnt know much about, except that they had pumped the septic, but nothing else, come over to fix the problem. You never know if your getting an honest company, and not being knowledgeable in the septic department myself, I was very nervous about all of it! But Shaun and Steve were the best! Very friendly, thorough and they felt trustworthy! The problem was fixed after a couple visits, I couldnt of been happier! The office staff is wonderful to talk to as well, everyone is a pleasure that I have had contact with. Thanks Alpine, Steve and Shaun!

Driver showed up and looked at our driveway and got in his truck and left. He didnt come down and knock to tell us he just left. We called the office and they told us that he said he had tried to back down and it took him 4 tries to go up to the main road. His truck never left the road as I was watching it. We have had Lowes deliver lumber, appliances and all manner of things and they had no trouble at all with the driveway. Call Royal Flush, they charge less anyways and better service.

My septic line was plugged and the line would not drain from my condo. Couldnt run water or flush toilets without effluent coming up out of the garage floor drain creating a nasty mess. I called Alpine for help and they arrived within a couple of hours or less to help. Tom knew right where to look for the blockage and he was right. Where the line enters the septic tank the connection was incorrect and the tank baffle was blocking the flow (this is a brand new condo). Tom snaked the line from the clean-out to the tank and all he found was toilet paper and water which he was able to clear and the line began to run again but wouldnt completely drain. So Tom jetted the line so he could get his camera down there and sure enough, the connection was the problem. Many, many thanks to Arlene in the office and Tom in the field for their wonderful, friendly and professional help. I will always recommend Alpine to all my friends.

Have used them for a couple years, I tried another service but am glad to be back using them. My yard is fenced and I have to let them in so I usually stand there and talk so they dont have to run me down when they are done. Other service seemed annoyed I was there, Alpine drivers have always got the job done and been friendly and talkative, just good people.

I was a customer of Alpines, not a disgruntled employee, and I too was charged more than what I was originally told. I had backwash charges applied to my invoice and charged to my credit card before they ever discussed the situation with me. In fact, I had to call them myself to inquire upon noticing the overcharge. I was very adamant in telling them a few times to please call me if there are ANY issues. Yet, nobody called. I had an appointment scheduled for three weeks and they couldnt even give me an actual appointment time so that I could make sure I was there. Instead they called me the day before and insisted they needed to reschedule my appointment. I refused to reschedule as I had made my appointment three weeks back. They said they would get it taken care of but still couldnt give me an appointment time. Then when they overcharge me they say, Well, you should have been there.. and that Im basically SOL. What kind of customer service is that?? They said I was told about potential backwash charges but I had called around the valley getting quotes and I took very good notes. Backwash charges were not discussed with me by anyone!My main complaint is that they placed unauthorized charges on my credit card for a higher amount than I was aware of and they did so without even the courtesy of a phone call. They should be ashamed as I would call this dishonest business practice.In the end they completely refused to work with me in resolving our disagreement and Tom, the owner, who I could barely get five words in with, hung up on me.*** IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REMARKS BELOW ***First, as I told you, I called five places for quotes and took notes for each place. I still have those notes so please, dont patronize me. The only thing thats mixed up is the lack of information you think your receptionist gave me. I know what I was told and you dont. I have a record, you dont.Second, you guys wouldnt give me an appointment time (for three weeks, mind you) but thats not too big of a deal because I live 5 minutes away. I was home where I have great phone service. Not at the shop. Its the weekend! Thats why I specifically asked for a phone call if there were ANY problems. You guys didnt call me, ever. Not to give me an appointment time for the opportunity to be there and not when you discovered that additional work would be necessary. Dont try to claim you cant wait around for returned phone calls when you didnt even make an attempt to reach me. If you did why no voicemail? You didnt even talk to my tenant so he could call me! He was clueless about anything you guys did! SMH...Third! I gave you guys my credit card information IN GOOD FAITH with my acceptance of the cost originally discussed. That does NOT grant you the freedom to start adding extra charges as you deem fit without first discussing the situation with me, your customer! Who does that???!Look, you guys messed up. You dropped the ball. And instead of just apologizing and trying to make good with your customers you reply here with more arguments. A prime example of what customers might expect from you guys. And your exaggerations have no merit. Making me look bad shouldnt be your goal. It should be to provide a good enough service as to avoid these sorts of issues with customers.Saying you stand by your service does not mean you conduct honest service.BTW, our phone call lasted 19 minutes 3 seconds. Not 45+ minutes. I got a screenshot (that shows my great cell signal ;) Anyone is free to message me for a copy.
