Just closed on our new house today in Palmer. This is the 3rd house Ive bought in my life, and 3rd time is the charm! Cole was on top of things every step of the way. He offered to drive all the way into Anchorage to pick me up the the airport when I flew in to see the house we just bought. The sellers agent was the worst, and laziest Ive had dealings with, and Cole picked up the slack every step of the way. Im hoping this is our forever home, but if it isnt, Ill definitely be selling and buying through KW Wasilla.

If youre in between a rock and a hard spot this place will come offer you some stupid offer for your property why not take advantage of people having hard times and make money while Im doing it thanks but no thanks
