I was having trouble with my cell phone and the people at the AT&T store were of no help. Batteries Plus Bulbs was able to identify the problem and get the phone working!Another time I thought I was having trouble with my car battery. They checked it out and were able to reassure me that it was working normally. They got no sale but still provided excellent service. Trustworthy.

Trying to find a specific bulb. I purchased what I hoped would be the right one. It did not work for me. I was able to return the bulb no questions asked, quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend them for all of your battery and bulb needs. Household, and automotive.

Dont buy here! They wont stand behind their warranties. Refused to replace an ATV battery that died after 2 months. Go elsewhere!Edit: Re: the reply below. Why wasnt that done in the store? It is a 90 minute drive to get there, and all your team did was put a vm on it and say because it was below 10V there was nothing they could do. Learned my lesson, wont be back.

The prices, location, and store management are impeccable. Will, the Wasilla Store manager, is very intelligent, caring, and has a keen awareness of the entire store. All of the Wasilla store employees operate as one cohesive collective with a customer-oriented perspective. The management style is impressive as all the store employees show a deep respect for each other. Ive purchased two batteries at this store for my personal vehicles, as well as two deep-cycle batteries for an electric train engine at a railroad museum Im at. Ive highly recommend Batteries + to friends and employer.

This use to be a good place to get batteries but now its just full of teenagers that dont know how to work their own computer system. They couldnt update my phone number or tell me which batteries I still had under warranty in my account. They use to handout a booklet with every sale telling you how long your warranty lasted and other info but instead they just waste your time. Just go to an auto parts store and save yourself the headache.

My husband and I really appreciate the guys that work here. Theyre always super helpful and kind. Warranties are taken care if and additional information or offers for more help are constantly made.

Went in thinking I would need a new battery and charging port repaired for my older cell phone, turned out just needed a new battery. Staff member checked the port and said there isnt any reason to work on it at this time, he didnt want to do or charge us for unnecessary repairs. Very honest place great customer service, will go there for any further needs.

Why is this store never busy? Positives first, products and prices are good quality and fair. But do your home work, know what part number you need before going in. Negatives - customer service is horrible. After receiving the wrong headlight for my wifes car, and a second 2 hour trip to town to get it corrected, finally got the right one. But dont expect an apology, instead be made to feel like their mistake was really yours. If you complain to Zachary (the manager), he will tell you they are happy to not have your business. But according to him, you should feel blessed that he is willing to speak to you. Too many other, better places in town to go, like NAPA, OReilys, CARQUEST, AutoZone. Thats why its never crowded.

First time Ive ever written a five star review for not selling me something, but it was the fact the associate took the time to analyze my issue and show me why I maybe didnt really need a battery right that minute that most impressed me. I was fully ready to buy but he walked me through the issue and showed me why my battery was losing its charge so fast, all the while indicating that while hed be glad to replace mine, I really didnt need it now if I did some fine tuning of my apps open on the phone. Ill definitely buy that battery from them when I genuinely need one, I might note. Kudos for truth in service.

The guy did everything I needed and pointed out that I didnt need something that I thought I did and he ended up fixing it for free. I had to get my battery replaced and I was able to drop it off and go to a meeting and come back after an hour and it was finished and I love my new battery! And everything that I got done I didnt have to wait for them to order anything and it cost me $20 less than they originally quoted so that was awesome

They sucked! Took iPad in for repair of cracked screen and they broke the power button had to order parts they had ipad 3 weeks for repair. If you want batteries GREAT! The other stuff NOT SO MUCH!!

They cant cut a key even when I bring the blank in that they dont have, and offer to pay for a double cut key, talk about worthless!

Went in to get my s9+ screen replaced, they replaced it in about an hour. When I dropped off my phone I was told it would not be warrantied because the phone was worked on by a separate company in the past. I got the phone back and my front facing camera was messed up and would not work correctly. Despite them not being obligated to they took my phone back opened it up and repaired my camera and fixed my failing fingerprint scanner at no cost. Highly recommend these guys, they stand behind their work even when they dont have to.

Do not let the techs touch your I phone. Went in for screen replacement. They did give me a battery as well, since I had booked on line, it was 50% off. However they broke the sensor camera in the ear piece. I have been back twice and it is still not right. Last time I went in they kept my phone for an hour and did nothing to it, saying they could not find a problem. I showed him what was not working. Voice to text will not work.Pay the extra and take it to a certified mac dealer.

Got a new battery for a keyless entry. It seems prices have gone up a since I was there last. They do provide a great service and change batteries while you wait. I believe the last time I was there (2yrs)I had the same thing done for a different vehicle it was around $3 this time was $10.

This post began as a 1 star but turned into 5 star. My husband and I went there to get his iPhone screen replaced. All went well until about a week after the replacement - the screen started lifting away from the phone.My husband brought his phone in and explained what happened. They fixed it immediately and were apologetic. Because of their willingness to immediately correct any issues and their sincerity, theyve gained lifelong customers from us.

I called and was asked if I could be placed on hold, to which I kindly said, Sure. After sitting on hold for more than 12 minutes I picked up a second phone and called again, just to get the same guy answering the phone asking if I could please hold. He sounded like he was mostly asleep (maybe high on drugs?) and then when I asked him how long I would have to wait on hold he said they were really busy and just trying to get caught up. I asked if there were others working and he said, Uh, yeah. I heard one person quietly talking in the background... but theyre REALLY BUSY. Guess they cant do more than smoke a doobie and stare at their phones! Dont go here if you dont have a bunch of time to waste!

A battery store that does not sell individual batteries.... I called for a cell phone battery since the last one they repaired overheated my phone. They said they only do the repair and don’t sell batteries. The title of the business had me fooled. I did not tell him I let them put a battery in my phone and it is overheating my phone.

They fixed the crack in my screen, there no doubt about that. I got this phone brand new. I brought it in and when I got it back, my phone was glitchy.About 4 times a day my phone will fully shut down. I wont be able to touch or use any of the buttons or the screen. I have to reset my phone every time to be able to use it again.I had them replace the screen again because of this and when I got it back, the same thing happened. I dont know what happened to my phone in the hour that it was there, but its been a month and Im still having problems.The cheapest option is not the best option, trust me. Go somewhere else to get your phone screen replaced.

Their battery is little nice expensive compare to Walmart, Sears,etc. but quality is absolutely great.I got recommendations from at least 2 friends to shop there, because if their previous good experience and exoerience with a good quality of product.

Bought online. They said battery was ready. drove 35 minutes. battery was not there. Instead gave me dual purpose Bat. Did not want DP. Using in truck camper. Not happy camper. sale person was not friendly. Will buy next battery from someone else.

Called they confirmed they had two of the batteries in stock that I needed I paid for them online to get the additional $10.00 off, show up to pick them up after an hour drive and they only have one have to come back in a couple days to get the other one. Customer service was like they didnt care that we were inconvenienced just come back and get your battery in a couple days.

Limited in supplies and spendy, service was not that great but when this store has the monopoly on the needs of customers they show their customer support by gouging them. Not impressed and would rather pay that gas cost to go to Eagle River!
