We have been to this place many times since buying a new house which had a hot tub. We are not hot tub people, knew nothing about them until now. They’ve been very helpful and nice, and when we needed a repair they were here within two hours and had the job done. Great experiences with them so far.

Very friendly during the sales process, but after the purchase it was a very painful experience. The delivery was many hours late, the set up was incomplete, and the tub is still not working despite multiple emails, calls and text messages. I’d look somewhere else if you want a tub.
