I dont know much about hearing aids but recently became my fathers caregiver and needed to have his hearing aids worked on. Hes not from Wasilla, and recently moved w me to Palmer. The office who has always maintained his hearing aids is in another city. I called Miracle Ear in Wasilla and they told me to bring them over. Not only did they work on them, fix them, but also explained what they were doing and how they work, so I understood. Thank you to the staff who took the time and patience to assist us. It made a huge difference to my father, which in turn made a difference to me.

My hearing loss is minimal, but Raelene treated me the same as anyone would expect to make sure I understood and if I could tell a difference no matter how great or small. The greatest part of my loss was in hearing myself, due to an operation several years ago that somehow affected my hearing. Also, in very noisy environments I could not focus or hear any one individual. It was nice to see the loss is real and not in my head (no pun intended!). Still getting used to them and how to adjust, however, it is nice to have options.

Made an appointment for my husband to get his hearing checked. They got him in very quickly and very nice group of people that worked with him. We will be using them again when he needs another check up
