I’m happy with my service with them. I see a lot of reviews with people saying they can’t get in touch but I personally haven’t found it to be an issue. I’ve had them drop off a dumpster multiple times as well as use their can service. They get the job done, No complaints.

Missed pick up. Called and found out the driver lied to company about can being out. Despite telling company the can was out, received a lecture from the admin about making sure cans are out.Been trying to call and cancel service for days now. They dont answer their phones.

Been using this company for seven years. Have no complaints. Especially love how clean my bin stays.

We have called at a minimum of once a day and as much as 4 times in a day during the recordings specified business hours and left our name and phone number for a call back to start service. Not once have they answered the phone or returned our calls.

Same issues as the others here. never answer the phone and Ive had multiple occurrences of no-pick-up. Which they dont refund and if your trash overfills because they didnt pick up they charge you extra.

Good rates and consistent customer service. They are great at responding to any inquiries you might have. Raven came through with solid and reliable service when I canceled with another company who weren’t regularly making their pickups.

Terrible service. They lie and when you catch them they lie more. I’m all for supporting small businesses and I gave them many chances but it was Just let down after let down. Very satisfied with my new trash service Denali refuse

They take your money and refuse to pick up your trash!! Time to turn them in to the State for Scamming people.

HORRIBLE!! LIES monthly on amount of trash picked up, consistently will not pickup when able to. Overall, horrible service - save your money and go elsewhere!

Great service, friendly employees, very thorough in their explanations of services and convenient ways to pay the bill. Brought a can right out and they even pick it up right from my front door. Very happy with the company and happy to support this local business.

Excellent prices and always friendly when I deal with them. They have the best prices on trash removal in the valley.

Always miss my trash. Regularly it goes unemptied and by the time I get home the crowd have torn my trash apart and I have to clean it up off the street.

If I could give negative 2 stars i would. They spill my garbage all over the street, and then they yell at me and tell me that I need to neatly bag my garbage before putting it in the can really? I pay $90 every few months to have them spill my garbage, and then the can is not even empty. Many times they dont even have to pick it up, yet when I call I am treated poorly then hung up on. wow, dont waste your money with these yo-yos

Do not use!! They take payment and never come to actually pick up.. I tried calling several times with no luck and finally they stated “that seems to be a reoccurring issue with that driver, your the 10th person that has called and complained today so far” I came home to my trash can completely taken and on top of the fact I had paid 3 months in advance! They could use some work in the customer service aspect, probably new drivers and BETTER MANAGEMENT!!! THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE TRASH AND I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AVOID USING THEM FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO JUST SHUT DOWN!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I’d go anywhere else
