Really the best experience anyone could ever have with a smashed phone screen. AT&T suggested going there when it turned out I didnt have screen insurance, and by pure luck Batteries Plus not only had a screen in stock but had someone available to look at it minutes later - and everything was fixed in an hour without costing an arm and a leg! Great guys, will definitely keep them in mind for phone screens from now on!

I just recently purchased an iPhone cell battery yesterday that Batteries Plus replaced, and they did a fantastic job. My iPhone works better than ever. I have previously purchased a car battery and a battery jumper and they were all excellent. They are very knowledgeable and are always happy to answer questions on any subject.

The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient. Both Jeremy’s were very very knowledgeable and helpful with technical questions about the repair. Jeremiah was great about revising our appointment when it took longer to backup and update the software on our iPhone.

The face of my wifes first generation Apple watch popped loose a week or so ago, and it was caused by the internal battery expanding. This watch was well past the warranty period. After reading about the issue on the web, and how much Apple would charge to fix it, I contacted Batteries Plus Bulbs, in Wasilla, Alaska, and Jaden said they could replace the battery in less than two weeks for $40. It actually only took one week and the watch is back in operation. Were very satisfied with the repair and the professionalism of the BPB staff. Highly recommend!Bill McCreary 1/30/19

The repair itself was excellent, however I knocked them down a few stars because they got really backed up and my repair was 2 hours later from the original time I was quoted. It wasnt until I stood there and watched them that the manager came out and started helping with my phone.

I went to my cell phone provider to get help putting a glass protector on my iPhone 6 since my 1st one had cracked. The poor guy was having so much trouble and said my glass protector had warped.My boyfriend said Batteries Plus Bulbs did all kinds of repairs so off we went.
