Brenda at UMV is AMAZING!! I have been in there several times with complicated cases and she always helps me, regardless of if its explaining every step in detail (and then helping me when I have to leave and come back with proper paperwork) or finding a way to help me get lined out in the moment. Ive spent 90+ minutes at her desk before while she works out the knots in complex issues with me, and the entire time she had a smile on her face and was helping all her coworkers. She never got frustrated or annoyed. I think Brenda deserves to be running the place or at the very least, needs an ENORMOUS RAISE! Thank you Brenda for all of your help and I hope that UMV appreciates what they have in you!!

Kendra was absolutely amazing and helpful. I was missing one document to change my name and she helped me out and get my name changed instead of making me come back! Totally worth the additional fees between the time saved and the service I received I will be going back!!

They were fast, polite, and efficient. Certainly a better experience than the hour wait at the regular DMV. Until the bill comes... My $15 standard ID ended up costing nearly $60. I feel completely blindsided. I figured it would be 10 or 20% more, not 350%. I guess I could have protested and left without my card but who does that? Super shady business model. Check the prices before you accept the service here. I regret it.

This is hands down the best DMV I’ve ever been too! The girls that work here are actually friendly and personable unlike all my other experiences at places like these! We had to come a few times and we spoke to Kendra and Corina and both of them are awesome and helpful! It was nice not having to dread coming back.

I went in for registration renewal. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in the door. It was my first time going there since they moved locations and I was happy to see how much more room there was. Myriah was very helpful and polite. I was out of there within ten minutes.

Ariana was great. In the middle of her helping me out, their computer system crashed. She updated me immediately and apologized. System came back up within 5 minutes and she was able to finish my vehicle re-registration.

Fastest UMV experience of my life! I kid you not I was in and out in less than 5 minutes for a title transfer. I do recommend Myriah as she was excellent to work with and made the process go that much faster. Very excellent worker!

Was SO SO SO much better than the dmv. I had to renew my driving license and was in an out in no more than 15 minutes. This was after spending 4 hours at the dmv in Palmer the previous day. Yeah, quite a difference. I had a lady named Kendra and she was super professional and efficient, yet personable and likable. The setting was roomy and clean, but not so stuffy and sterile feeling like a hospital. Overall, the experience was very, very pleasant.

100% satisfied. Kendra Was most helpful, kind and awesome employee I have EVER hoped to be assisted by. Was in and out in 15 -20 mins with NO problems at all. Thanks you guys !

It only took Myriah 10 minutes to get me a new title, z tags, and new registration. This is definitely worth the extra 80$ or so in fees just for not having to wait 2 weeks to get into the dmv. Loved it.!

Ariana helped me register my vehicle and was fast, patient, kind, and friendly. She helped me each step of the way despite MY being unorganized and got me in and out quickly!

Went to get my drivers license renewed and obtain my real ID. Brought all information needed to process but informed couldn’t do because one piece of indentation was different than others even though multiple paperwork identified all names belonged to me. Promised a return phone call to help clarify matter. Never received. Went to Anchorage Huffman store with identical paperwork walked out 10 minutes later with temporary real ID card with permanent card received in mail. Think staff in Wasilla needs additional training.

Arrived and saw 24 people in line, I was seen in less than two minutes. They have multiple lines for quickness of service, every employee was smiling, (crazy right) extremely polite and informative. The experience was better than regular DMV.

First time in after seeing the sign and hearing the radio ad. And I was impressed. Organized, friendly, quick service. Yes theres a fee for my title and registration, but so worth it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Even with five people in front of me, we moved so quickly. Kendra got me all set, answered my questions, made it an easy process. I dont have to go to the DMV often but if I have to again, Im definitely going back to the UMV!

I have to say this is the BEST experience getting plates and transferring titles ever in my adult life. My agent Taylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through the process very efficiently and quickly. There was no detail missed and we actually corrected info inaccurately entered in Anchorage. I had no wait and walked straight up to the counter. No standing in line. Awesome. There was a wonderful atmosphere and multiple staff cleaning and mopping up the mess we carried in on our boots/shoes. I would recommend this location and person to anyone and will never go to another location. I heard about this place by word of mouth after being refused service at Palmer location w/o appointment which was weeks out. Thank you Taylor and Wasilla umv.
