What a great place to do business. They were willing to work with my schedule and have an early drop off for those of us that work their same hours! They were able to pull out my old auto start and repair my exposed wires from the previous install while installing my new one. He then reviewed with my how my new auto start works in person during pick up! I will be taking my vehicles here for all my upgrading needs. Highly recommend.

Josh and the other staff were simply amazing. They took the extra time to troubleshoot and fix a radio I purchased online during installation. At the same time, the assisted me by changing out another component for the heating system while they had the dashboard off. I have high expectations of customer service and quality workmanship which they exceeded with ease. I will be only going to Safe and Sound. Recommend to everyone.

Fabulous place, great help. Ive had an aftermarket stereo and driving lights installed. Good work friendly staff. Great support when having some trouble. The fixed my autostart. My remote starter hadnt worked in a couple of years. I took my car by Safe and Sound and the store manager volunteered to go out in the cold weather to investigate. Five minutes later, my remote start was back in operation.I asked what I owed. He said no charge and wished me a good day.In this day and time, this kind of friendly service is hard to come by. They will be getting all my related business in the years ahead, and I recommend them to all.I wish I could remember this gentlemans name so I could recognize him more properly in this review.

As a remote start owner, I have enjoyed the luxury of climbing into a warm car on a chilly day. Recently, my starter quit working. (purchased from another company) Sean asked me to stop by and they would take a look to see if it was something minor and make the repairs right on the spot. Unfortunately, my starter needed to be replaced. They did the work quickly, efficiently and for a good price. I received excellent customer service from Sean and the staff of Safe and Sound. My starter now works perfectly and Im thrilled to once again climb into my toasty, warm car, on a chilly day! I highly recommend this company for your next auto start repair or installation!

Very professional and they have quality products plus having installers who are not sloppy are a huge bonus. I used to use another company that used to be on KGB, but now is in a bigger shop somewhere else, but all the problems we had with 2 of their installs on 2 of our different vehicles, plus the shotty work that other company did on 2 of my friends vehicles which ultimately caused one of them, her 3 year Acura MDX, to catch fire and burn up. (Yes this was proven by the insurance company and yes she contacted the other company to let them know and after they said they would call back and never did) I was done with them. So people, I am telling you to only use safe & sound out here.

This guys WILL do you right! I brought in a F 150 which had messed up wiring because of a previous wreck. S&S had to work 3 or 4 extra hours to install a remote start because of that but charged me only for the standard time. Then a mechanic friend messed up the remote start when he took the dash apart and S&S fixed it free of charge. Today I brought in a used vehicle Id just acquired thinking that one of the speakers in the door was messed up. I was going to purchase new speakers but they said the old ones were working fine and AGAIN charged me nothing, Instead they recommend tweeters for the dash at a lower price and I just cant believe how much better just those things make my truck sound--almost day and night. I live in Wasilla but if I lived in Anchorage and needed any type of electronics Id make the drive to Wasilla because Id know Id be treated RIGHT.

Recently I had to ask Safe & Sound for help with my autostart that was installed by a different business. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had with a business. Not only did they agree to look at anothers installation but they also were able to make it function properly. They noticed there were safety issues left by the other company which they remedied. They explained what they did and how it works. They never bad mouthed the other company but on the contrary explained that manual transmissions are difficult to work with without the proper knowledge and experience. They made sure I knew the steps to take to set the autostart when leaving the vehicle (manual transmissions need more detail than automatic transmissions).Troy and the other guys (I did not get their names) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend Safe & Sound Wasilla to everyone who asks me where theres a good place to get an autostart (or any other service they offer).Thanks to all who work there.
