Very poor customer service. I asked to preview a vehicle before buying it and was denied. I then asked for an inspection service and they said they don’t have any inspection services.... HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BUY SOMETHING WITH OUT LOOKING AT IT YOUR SELF OR AT LEAST GETTING AN INSPECTION DONE ON IT. I asked them this and they say they don’t allow anyone in due to COVID. But when its time to pay for a vehicle then they have no problem letting you come inside. So when buy from this place be prepared for very unwelcome experience. It really leaves a sick feeling in your stomach. Everyone should take precautions for covid I agree! Require masks when entering, but denying someone to preview a vehicle before putting down money is very bad customer service.

Second day now trying to get approval to bid, don’t know why, it is extremely hard to get signed up with these people. Stay away from this place, complete waste of time, I refuse to beg someone to take my money

Signed up online and went to the location nearest me so that I could take a look a vehicles engine. I was told that despite signing up and using a passport to verify my identity they still needed a $200 fee in order to let me into the back to even look at the vehicle. Then I was told that I wouldnt be able to start the vehicle either due to liability issues. This is the first auto auction Ive been to the wont start the car or drive the car through the line when auctioned off.Im highly disappointed in this business.Also just found out that they keep final selling prices a secret too. How shady can a company be?
