I chose Kellen with Dynasty to install my new heating system after Knik Heating promised me a call back that never came. To my surprise, Dynasty was able to beat Kniks price by over 6 thousand dollars! I was fully informed during the entire process of what the current cost was at and what my options were as far as potential upgrades/recommendations. The new system looks great and its obvious that Kellen takes great pride in his quality of work. He even took the time to give me advice on how to go about adding DIY in floor radiant heat in an addition we had planned. He installed our new system so that it would be an easy connection to add the new zone when the addition was complete. When I connected the new zone and didnt purge the air out properly, Kellen came out that same day and managed to fix everything I had done incorrectly for far less money than I had expected! Kellen is a hell of a hard worker that you can tell is on his grind to complete as many jobs done well as possible. I needed a garage space heater installed and he did it well for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Kellen for his work, ability to problem solve and find alternate solutions, and flexibility. I used him for warranty repair work instead of the assigned company which tried to gouge me and Kellen was honest and transparent about everything. Hes a one man crew right now so it is better to call him as texts can get lost in the shuffle. In summation I was happy with his work, especially in comparison to the other company that originally was supposed to do the work.

I called them to repair my heating. They were just on time and did the work very professionally and cleanly.

Kellan did excellent work. My Furnace was failing, and in the middle of winter he was able to quickly come out and replace the unit. He was honest with me about the fact that the old furnace was larger than needed for my size house, and recommended a smaller more efficient unit. He also didnt try to up-sell me to a fancier model. While looking over the system he pointed out several issues where the old HVAC and hot water heater were not up to code and the resulting safety issues.I decided that since we were replacing the furnace, to go ahead and replace our aging hot water heater as well with a new on demand hot water heater. It took two full days to do everything but the thing I was most impressed by was Kellens attention to detail. He made sure that everything was done perfectly. He never cut any corners, and went above and beyond what I was expecting.I will definitely be using Dynasty Heating for all my future HVAC and hot water heater needs.

We have used for a small heating repair job and they were very polite and did the work for less than 20 minutes.

My furnace quit working over the weekend. They came out immediately in the evening to work on it. The part to fix it was no longer available and we all determined I needed a new furnace since it was 22 years old. They patched it up temporarily so I would have heat, and in less than a week they came and replaced the furnace. They were nice and professional and answered all my questions.
