Laura and her Forevermore Events staff were so incredibly helpful during my wedding planning and wedding day events! Laura was with us (virtually) every step of the way when planning our destination wedding and helped introduce us to all of our Utah local venders. Every vender was great and we wouldnt have been able to find them without her.As someone who considers herself an easy going bride, I had no idea what I wanted as far as decorations and all of the little details. And lets not forget the fact that we live thousands of miles away and could not even visit any Zion locations because of the pandemic going on during our planning process . Laura was so helpful by giving us her input and suggestions. I put my complete trust in her and she did not disappoint! We could not have done it without her! Laura made us feel that everything was going to turn out amazing and guess what, it did! Laura and the team transformed the bonneville salt flats into the wedding of our dreams. It was difficult to coordinate and bring everything into the middle of nowhere, but she did it. The design, the layout, and the flow of the night was perfect. We truly got to enjoy the night to the fullest, even to the point where we asked the dj to stay longer. We had full trust in her since the start and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Her zoom calls were thorough and her experience shone through. The wedding was beautiful, unique, and exceeded all expectations. Every little detail was there, like the pretzel and donut bar, the heaters, the blankets, couches, the mini tent, and heaters. Everyone who came said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. We hired Laura for full service planning for our Zion wedding and it was incredible! When my daughter and her then fiance decided they wanted their wedding in Southern Utah, I said, Great!. With the happy couple in Wisconsin and me in Northern Utah, the next thing I said was, We need to call in some help. Laura Stagg and Company at Forevermore Events came highly recommended. If anything, that recommendation was understated. Laura has a encyclopedic knowledge of all things Wedding and was proactive in getting vendors (she knows all the good ones) and all the trappings arranged, delivered, set up and taken down. All planning had to be done virtually (before that was cool.) between St. George, Salt Lake and Milwaukee. Forevermores expertise transformed a barn and a roasted pig into a wonderful rehearsal dinner event and a field at Clear Creek Ranch into Chapel and Ballroom on wedding day. Her crew is the best! Very efficient and professional and worked until the wee hours after the wedding to get tables, chairs and dance floor dismantled and hauled away. They even found my brother-in-laws drivers license in the grass in the dark. No detail was forgotten.In addition to all that, Laura was right there to make sure that the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. As I made my way from the ceremony to the customary post nuptial photo session, there was Laura with congratulations, a smile and a cool drink for the Mother of the Bride. I am a very detail oriented 27 year old who has planned weddings and events myself for many years, both professionally and personally. Laura and her team are amazing to work with! Laura is also great at making sure everything stays on track and within budget. She and her staff are extremely talented and easy to work with. They took all of our ideas and helped us pull them together even better than we had imagined. The wedding day was the smoothest weve ever had. It was a fun filled day from morning until night. Our entire wedding and the process leading up to it was so unbelievably easy because of Forevermore Events. We were blown away by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness every step of the way including the big day. We could not be more pleased with our choice to hire them and work with them on our wedding day. Laura and Michele are absolutely amazing! I wish that I could give a review for each and every event they have done for me. Most recently they catered and designed my mom‘s surprise 60th birthday party. WOW.. where do I even begin with laura and her team from forevermore events ??I found laura in July of 2019 . I was an elopement bride from Pennsylvania looking for the perfect destination to say I Do.I found forevermore events on Instagram and knew that her work was EXACTLY what I wanted .. little did I know she would exceed all expectations .I ventured to Utah to view the wedding locations and meet laura late July 2019. By the end of my short time there we planned location, vendors, most small details and I left with a wedding vision. It was so easy!My fiancé and I flew out one more time in January of 2020 to finalize details and see the location but it wasn’t necessary. I feel laura did a good enough job via FaceTime she could have handled it without another visit.The next few months we stayed in contact via FaceTime and using a shared document to easily ensure all details were spot on.Our wedding was planned from May 13,2020. Due to COVID-19 .. we had to postpone. The new date was July 13,2020. At first I was so upset, butLaura did an AMAZING job rescheduling every single vendor in a 48 hour time period. We had the foresight to let Laura use her creative freedom to make my daughters the most beautiful wedding ever. Compliments are still rolling in! We are from CA but the Zion area holds a special place in the hearts of my daughter and her now husband. When they said they wanted to be married in Zion, I didnt know where to start. Thank goodness we found Laura who was with us every step of the way.Although I chose to go above budget (which was worth every penny), Laura was transparent about helping us stay on track. From our very first meeting, Laura outlined and explained Budget 101 in detail. I cannot imagine any event planner that has communication skills like Laura - she was hands-on, always answered her emails, texts and phone calls and could not have been more involved in the entire process from A to Z. Laura anticipated and planned for everything that could go wrong. There was always a plan B in place. She is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen and I felt that I could relax throughout the process as Laura was always on top of everything.Laura and her team displayed nothing but class, warmth and respect. Her list of vendors is second to none. I especially could not be more pleased with the florist (who provided flowers and plants at an outside venue that was over a hundred degrees on the day of the wedding.) Laura and Forevermore Events put on the wedding of our dreams! It was a destination wedding so we were worried about the unknown.My fiance and I had conference calls with Laura to work out details like location of the wedding, music and cake.Closer to the wedding we made plans to meet her in St. George to go over details.When we arrived to St. George she took us to the event location to confirm that the location she had chosen was what we wanted. We were overwhelmed with how perfect the location was. We worked together with Laura on the vision of how we would organize our desires for the wedding with the location.We met her staff and reviewed her inventory of tables, chairs, table clothes and decor to assure they met our needs. She had the colors for our wedding, the decor for our wedding and the theme we were asking for! Our wedding was unique because there was multiple colors not just the standard 2 colors. I loved working with Forevermore! Being a somewhat indecisive person, it was wonderful to sit down with Laura and express some of my ideas/wishes with how I would have wanted my wedding reception executed and she and her team far exceeded all my dreams! They were able to help me pull together an event at the last minute. The rental items that we got were all in great shape and they did an excellent job setting up for a delivery fee that is minimal in my opinion, and well worth it!

If I could give Laura and her staff 10 stars out of 5 I would in a heartbeat. She is INCREDIBLE. My husband and I live in Virginia and my parents live in Alaska. Trying to figure out how to plan a wedding from across the country was more than daunting, but she made it completely stress-free. I was getting married for the second time and was feeling a little overwhelmed about being an older bride. My fiancé had never been married and I wanted him to get the full wedding experience. I wanted a nice wedding but didnt want something over the top. I envisioned something simple yet elegant but had now idea how to achieve this and with three little girls had very little time to do it. One day I stumbled into Forevermore Events looking to rent some chairs. I ended up meeting Laura and talking to her for a few minutes. After our short conversation I decided I should consider having her plan my wedding. Boy am I sure glad that I did! Laura was a Godsend. Right away she was able to capture my vision and run with it. I didnt have a ton of input or opinions and frankly couldnt even make decisions sometimes. She was able to take the input I did give her and help me with some of the decision making. My wedding was beautiful! I couldnt have asked for anything better...It was simple, elegant and beautiful, not to mention fun! The best part is I didnt have to worry about a thing and could focus on my family. Laura and Forevermore Events are the best in the business!

Where do I even begin... Laura and her staff at Forevermore Events are simply amazing!!!! I was super nervous trying to plan a wedding from a completely different state, but Laura reassured me that she had done this several times before and it has always worked out perfectly! Laura is such a honest, smart and kind hearted women to work with! She made the planning process a breeze! She literally did everything. And I mean everything. All I had to do was give her my (very brief) ideas and she turned them into the most perfect wedding I could have ever asked for. The best part is, is that my husband and I nor our families had to lift a finger on our wedding day. From set up, to transitioning from ceremony to dinner to take down. They. Did. It. All! We actually got to enjoy every single second of it! Anything that we asked of her that day or any day she did it without any hesitation or questions! BUT if you asked for her honest opinion about something she would give it to you, which is so nice (because I tend to be a bit indecisive). I was blown away at how Laura and her staff turned our wedding into such a fairytale! Do you need anymore convincing than that? I think not! I would choose Forevermore Events 10 times over!

She sounded great when we first spoke and hired her. We needed someone to help keep us under budget and help arrange and organize everything since we live in slc and were getting married in st. George.Almost immediately after hiring her things went south. She never responded to our emails. Most of our correspondence stated with us saying “just following up with you” “haven’t heard from you” and the like. Almost immediately she started going over budget. Our absolute max was 10k. She was costing 4K and she knew our venue was costing 5k. How does a food cost of 4k make any sense?!She was condisending when we talked and it became very clear early on she wanted to plan the wedding her way and didn’t care for our suggestions. Up until our trip down to st George for finalizing things and cake tastings we just figured our personalities didn’t mesh. Whatever. We can deal with that. Then the trip south.For 3 months we had planned a trip to st George to do one last walk through of the grounds, rental finalization, food and cake tasting. The day we drive down and are getting settled into the room we get an email from her with the itinerary for the next day. No where did it say anything about the cake. So I emailed her back asking about it and she responds with: “turns out the cake designer is out of town but we figured since your wedding is a year away you can just come back down”1: you have 3 months of prep...the night before at 9pm was the earlier you knew she was out of town?2: wow...way to make it super obvious she didn’t give a damn about our wedding.When we brought up how upset her unprofessional email made us she blamed the cake designer.We gave her another month and communication got even worse. We finally decided to fire her and start over with someone else. After finding some of the other poor reviews it’s clear that if you don’t have a ton of money or disagree with her design idea Laura isn’t going to work hard at your wedding.The only reason I gave her 2 stars and not 1 is because she refunded us part of the deposit we gave her in the beginning for unused billable hours.

It may seem like an expense to hire a wedding planner, but Laura Stagg and her staff at Forevermore Events are worth their weight in gold! I could not have pulled off my destination wedding at Clear Creek Ranch without them.Laura was a super-fun person to plan my wedding with. In fact, planning the wedding with her was just as fun as the wedding itself. She is very knowledgeable of the vendors in town, has a great design sense, and years of experience to back it up. Everyone talks about their wedding day as a crazy blur, but I was stress free and able to soak in the experience. Laura had everything covered. And “everything” included decorating the ceremony and reception spaces with 975 paper flowers I’d made (not a small task). I literally GASPED when I saw what she’d done with the reception space. And that’s only one small piece of the 100+ things she was coordinating that day. I can’t imagine how stressed out I would have been without Forevermore Events.I am forever indebted to Laura and her staff for helping make my dream wedding a reality! I was planning my ZNP wedding from Chicago and I was a little worried about how planning from a distance would be, but Laura seriously took every single stress off of my shoulders. My fiancé and I decided to do a destination wedding to Zion National Park and we found Forevermore events. Laura with Forevermore Events met with us, and she really got to know us, our family, and our ideal wedding plans. She really listened to what we wanted and needed. As a destination bride, I was always nervous because I could not just go take care of something when I needed to by going down the road to see the vendors or coordinator, but I did not need to with Laura and Forevermore events on my side! Laura and her wonderful staff provided stellar and professional service on all aspects pre-wedding and wedding day too! On the actual wedding day, Laura really helped me organize the wedding party (we were all staying in the same estate where the wedding was taking place) and she really made me feel at ease. She and her staff literally took care of everything (she even took time to steam my dress because my bridal party was too nervous to do it ourselves) and when it came time to walk down the isle, it was like she was able to get in my mind because everything was picture perfect and just as I imagined it to be!I cannot say enough about just how amazing my experience was! Our guests are still talking about the wedding (nearly 2 weeks after) and Laura and Forevermore events provided me with lifelong memories that I will forever cherish! I highly recommend Forevermore events for any party/wedding event as I know they will really take care of you and listen to what you want too! If there are any brides out there thinking about going to southern Utah and planning with Forevermore events, take the leap and do it because it will be an unforgettable and amazing experience!

We went to Forevermore Events 5 months before the wedding to book a dance floor. We told them the size we wanted, it was available, and we put down the deposit. We went back in a few weeks later to see about renting tables/chairs and they looked up our account and said, The dance floor isnt available that day. Yet we had already ordered and put our deposit down.Michelle, the girl working, said they were doing another event that day and using the floor for it. She wouldnt admit it but it sounds like they had a bigger paying account and just took the floor for it.Not ONCE did she apologize for the mistake or ask how she could help the situation. She basically just blamed it on the other girl working and didnt blink when we started questioning things. She didnt offer other companies to rent a floor from, didnt offer a discount on tables/chairs (that we had come in for). She was, however, very quick to offer our deposit back. When I made sure she would mail that to us so we didnt have to come back in I made sure we would get it in the week. She said the owner wouldnt be in all week and couldnt get it out until the next week. How many companies dont have an acting manager to take care of these kind of things while they are away? Why do we need to wait over a week to get our deposit back on sometihng that was their mistake?She had NO customer service skills, didnt care she was ruining a brides wedding, day, and didnt try to correct the problem.THANKFULLY, we had a resource who knew of a starting company where we could get another floor, tables and chairs at a cheaper rate. When we explained our situation to her she said, Let me guess! Forevermore bumped you? Happens all the time. Wish we would had known!

Worst service ever. It was a nightmare. AFTER having signed our contract, Laura Stagg informed us that she would not be there but she could get everything done and planned before her cruise and her staff would be just as competent without her there. While she was very sweet and great to work with in the beginning, and we trusted her, there was a huge break down of communication between her and her staff and most of the vendors. Sadly, most attention to detail was lost and the decorations as previously ordered and discussed were not followed through with. Her office staff was very unprofessional and created chaos and havoc. The day of the wedding we had to run around and do most decorating ourselves. Ms. Stagg called from her vacation and agreed she would give a partial refund for the lack of professionalism and miscommunication on the part of her office staff. This never happened. Even her assistant told us that she was concerned her boss, Laura, was not going to be there on the wedding day. If this was the case, she shouldve been honest in the beginning. Our daughter was in tears the day of her wedding because of Michelle, who Informed us hours before the wedding that they would not deliver any of the wedding decor until we paid an extra $7000 which was over our agreed budget. She said we would have to work it out with Laura when she returned. Their whole business lacks professionalism. They did not care about ruining our daughters day. Thats something no one ever wants to experience. It can never be re done and the fact there was no refund or some kind of compensation is pathetic.

They were alright but I would suggest other options. We chose this place because they offered event planning however shortly after arriving to meet them we discovered this was false. The employee told us they dont offer any planning assistance. We would ask what they had available to rent in different categories (tables, chairs, archway, etc) and unless we could say exact color, style, size, shape, etc, she would tell us she had no way of showing us what they had because they didnt have an organized directory of items. We just kept being told that they have a whole storage area full of items so she couldnt give a list of what was available. We still went with them and ordered a few items but was pretty disappointed. The popcorn packets tasted old and horrible, the hangings and cloths ordered came dirty, stained, and torn, and was not worth the price we paid. The only item we were pleased with was the cake stand. We wouldnt use the company again and are glad new companies have come to St. George since this.If you choose to go with this company, make sure to see ALL items exactly as they will be before you pay, we wish we would have been allowed to but the worker refused as the items were in storage in the back but Would show us pictures on her computer.

Words cannot describe Forevrmore Events. Lets start from the beginning, my husband and I got engaged in Zion National Park. From that moment we knew we wanted a small intimate destination wedding in the Zion/ Springdale area. I searched online for wedding planners (being I live in California I didnt know much about that area) I cam upon Forevermore Events. From the moment I spoke with Laura I knew I was in good hands. I have very specific visions, and you may say I have a little bit of OCD. However Laura got my vision, and she knew what I wanted and needed. She drove us around visiting different vendors and locations for the wedding. Once we knew what site we were going to have the wedding at and what vendors we we were using, Laura took care of everything (contracts, communication, etc). Not one thing went pass me, and she really respected my boho vision. The day of the wedding of course I am tempted to go outside and start doing things myself. However I had such complete trust in Laura that I didnt do that. The moment I came down the aisle with my father I saw that my exact vision I had for my wedding came true. All the way from the placement of the Photo Booth bus, to the detail on the tables. It was PERFECT! My dream wedding literally came to life. Laura and the rest of the crew at Forevermore events really listened to me and respected our budget. Even my husband said I am completely shocked and in love (which that alone says a lot about Laura). If only she lived in Southern California I would be recommending her to all of my friends and family. If you want a beautiful wedding and someone who will help your visions come to life then go with Forevermore Events!
