Parking by my apartments is run by Atlantic Services Group. I have never had a good experience with the manager of the parking attendants. He is rude and extremely unhelpful. He always accuses us of “stealing” or using our paid monthly parking pass incorrectly when the error is on the card/system’s end. We literally paid for the card and he will berate us for not paying for it.On one occasion he even threatened arrest? The card wasn’t working because the person inputting the card did not input the cards number correctly, so it was not even our fault. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Am extremely disappointed with the quality of the customer service, especially in a stressful situation when the parking pass is already not working due to system error.On another occasion, he ran in front of our car to accuse us of not swiping our parking pass. We did swipe in - he just did not see us because he was on the phone. This was a dangerous and unnecessary move.

Atlantic Services Group provided valet services for a party that I gave at my condo building. They did an outstanding job. Extremely professional -- from getting the needed permits from DC to greeting my guests. I was very pleased and impressed. Heartily recommend them.

The parking garage at my apartment building is run by Atlantic Services Group. There is a gate that separates the daily parking area from the monthly parking area. The gate is only used about half the time, until a car is broken into, and then they use it consistently for a while. One month, they double charged me and it was easier to just wait for the credit the following month than to try and deal with their customer service. Finally, they raised the cost of parking on December 1st, 2019, but did not notify anyone until December 10th, 2019.

I have rented buses from Atlantic Services Group several times for my daughters high school field hockey team. The entire process was easy and smooth. The buses were very nice and clean. The bus drivers have been professional and reliable. These buses were used for distances ranging from 150 to 200 miles. The buses would return three days later to pick up the team. I would highly recommend Atlantic Services Group!On a side note, I have also attended events where the Atlantic Services Group was in charge of the valet services. They have always been very professional!

The drivers for this company drives very fast and unsafe. The management for this company does not have a clue what shuttle/transportation is all about. The uniforms for these operators are in poor taste.
