First-time using this service and highly impressed. Customer service on the phone is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The transportation arrived when they said it would, and when we called to see if they could expedite the ride home, they did their best to accommodate. Will definitely be a return client.

Absolutely the worst customer service! While arranging transportation for my disabled daughter I encountered the most under trained and rudest people I’ve ever spoken with in my life. They have a contract with Virginia to arrange transportation for those who recieve medical assistance. My daughter has Anthem. The set up for transportation for my daughter we waited for 4 hours when they didn’t show I called and found out they had canceled her transportation. After multiple phone calls, speaking with supervisor’s I was told that her doctors appointment was canceled therefore they canceled her transportation. This was not the case...she was supposed to go to the local hospital for a chest X-ray and then be transported to the rehab facility for nursing care. But because the local hospital does not set appointments for X-rays (orders are sent to hospital and you walk in and register) My daughter was dependent upon this transportaton for because she suddenly didn’t have an aide to provide her care due to an emergency situation. I tried repeatedly to explain this. They called and confirmed she did indeed have orders and was expected but of course they had no one to provide wheelchair transportation. I believe they lied about saying someone at the hospital told them her appointment was canceled to cover that they did not have a wheelchair transportation available. This company left a person who needed non-emergency transportaton with no resource to get to the facility she needed to be at for basic necessities such as going to the toilet. I was yelled at and laughed at by the supervisor who obviously was working from home or had children at the office during my call (I could hear children in the background and she actually started disciplining them while I was talking to her) I asked for info on where to file a complaint and she said to call my insurance company, I was told that there was no corporate office that I could contact. I will be following up once I get my daughter in a stable situation. This is unacceptable!!!

I hate it. it is by far the worst company ever if they ask you to do an online request for transportation do not do it because I was supposed to go in for my doctors appointment today for blood work for my OBGYN and I did it online I gave it 7 days like it says then I call Southeast trans to see what time they will be picking me up they said they have no record of my transportation for today like really and I have proof and I feel like this if I miss my doctors appointment and if they charge me Im calling back Southeast trans and theyre going to pay it because they made a mistake. i will post a pic
