These guys are excellent. They give a great shine and know the pulse of DC. They were polite and are simply shoe experts. When ever I travel from NYC I try to make sure I wear a nice pair of shoes so they can shine them.
Best sho shine on the east coast!!
I am from Detroit and growing up my mother always said a well dressed man always had a good hair cut, clean finger nails and shined shoes. Ive tried to live by that all of my life. I admired a co-workers shoe shine and he told me he got the shine at Union Station. I went there on Friday August 17th and Anthony shined a pair of my brown shoes he did such a good job I came back on Sunday August 19th with a pair of black wing tips and was served by Cliff who also did an exceptional job. Both times the shines looked like glass. Ive been having my shoes shined all over this nation and I can proudly say the best shines Ive ever had was at the Union Station Shoe Shine Stand!!! Outstanding!!!
Worst shoe shine i’ve ever had. The guy basically washed my shoes with water, which I should have been skeptical about. He then brushed them hard and screwed up the leather. He was talking the whole time and took forever—just to screw up my shoes. Also charged me $10. Terrible experience.
