Mobile2 Mobile is a life saver! I dropped my phone on day-one of a seven day work trip to DC. I was resigned to spend the entire next day at [nightmare carriers] store and spend the ~$1K for a new phone, when a friend recommended Mobile2Mobile. I walked in about 30 minutes before closing with a busted phone - cracked screen, unresponsive display - and zero knowledge about what was wrong.The employee was unbelievably helpful and explained the possible issues with my phone and the costs associated with repair. If he were annoyed that I was coming in close to the end of his day, he didnt show it or rush me. He told me it would take him ~30 minutes to diagnose the issue and either fix the phone determine it was beyond repair.Fortunately, when I came back, the phone was in perfect working order. He even fixed something we had not discussed without adding costs to my ticket. Finally, he helped me understand the likely causes and helped me adjust to prevent going forward.Wish I had known about Mobile2Mobile the last time I had a phone die on me.

Replaced my screen glass a year ago and it works perfectly. Today was having trouble charging my cell. They were honest and told me my cord was defective. Bought a few needed items and found them very fair and honest. Im a senior and female who usually gets bumrushed to buy a new expensive phone at other places. Here they encourage me to keep my phone which I like and truthfully tell me what needs to be repaired starting with the cheapest option first. Wish more places were like this.

My girlfriend shattered her phone screen and it needed two parts to fix it. Ali was the man who helped us, he fixed the phone in 20 minutes and put a tempered glass protector on it. I also had him replace my screen protector and give me a new case, he thoroughly cleaned my phone including the charging port and speakers without even being asked. Great customer service, great quality of work, professional and clean office. I would 100% recommend this place for any phone repairs.

Went to 2 other repair shops in the area and they were the only ones able to help with a 3.5mm plug snapped off in the jack.

I thought I needed a battery replacement but they saved me money and replaced my charging port and screen.

I am not sure if this was specific to my case, but the touch screen they loaded on my iPhone SE did not function properly. The touch sensor did not capture my finger moves unless both the screen and my hand are perfectly dry and clean, so I had to keep restarting the screen every three minutes.

I can definitely say this Is by far the best repair shop I been to. Great service from my guy Ali ! I was able to set an appointment and thats a big plus. The store was very kid friendly and clean. I got my phone repairs in 45 mins. They are the best!! So friendly and nice. I didnt realize they closed at 6 on Saturdays and showed up at 5:47 and they still took me and fixed my phone immediately. I was out of there in 20 minutes. Wonderful customer service from Ali who was very helpful. Repaired a cracked screen on S10 and added a protective film that i purchased. After I left I accidentally messed up the film cover that wasnt done curing. I returned and Ali replaced it with no charge as it couldnt be repaired. Hands down the best quality cellphone repair service in DC. Here is my experience.I was in DC for the weekend and my iPhone X (iPhone 10) screen cracked. The iPhone X and above have Trutone displays. When you replace your iPhone screen this Trutone gets disabled leaving a blueish tint to your phone (not to many people know this).Most repair shops replace the screen but do not fix the Trutone. This shop has the computer which places truetone back on your screen. Not only this but they have multiple screen options from aftermarket to OEM Apple. They also weatherseal the phone as best as possible when reassembling.They were the only screen repair service in DC to offer to fix my phone properly.Also they were very competitively priced but in all honesty, even if they were more expensive, I would go here!!!

I have an iPhone 6. I’ve been to their store twice. The first time they replaced my screen and battery, clean my speakers, put a screen cover on, and sold me a new phone protector. It’s been three months now and everything works great.I returned a second time because I got some juice in my phone and the my phone stopped working. They replaced the screen again and my phone is working perfectly.They are a small shop with friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

Just got the phones fixed today, but Ali was super fast and helpful! The price wasnt as low as I was hoping for, but Ali showed us exactly what he recommended and why. And with a $35 iPhone 6 battery replacement as part of the total, we basically got 2 phones refurbished for the price of one refurbished phone. I fixed the rear camera in this store about 3 weeks ago, and my camera didn’t work again. So I went to this store again and they replaced my rear camera without additional fee!! And I’m not good at english but they are very kind and speak easy to me, so I can understand very well! I’m very satisfied with their service, and I think their repair rate is also reasonable.

My Galaxy S7s battery wasnt holding a charge anymore, and I was kind of panicked because (a) all my TFA through Google Authenticator was on the phone and (b) I had to catch a train that night at 4:50. I waited outside until they opened at 11 am and by 11:50 my phone was fully repaired with a new battery and some free advice on how to keep the battery charged longer going forward. Im *really* happy with the service at Mobile2Mobile.

Ali and Kash provide the best service in town for anything phone-related. My Galaxy S6 Edge spontaneously died one day, but they were able to accurately diagnose issues with the phone (battery and port). I was not only grateful for their professional service, but also truly appreciative of their customer service. Before fixing my phone, Ali communicated that he make certain fixes with the phone and stressed that if they do not work, he will not charge me. Thankfully, everything worked out until a day later when the charging port of my phone continued to act weirdly. They looked into the problem again, advised me on alternative options, and then gave me a refund when I told them I was not interested in the other options. The staff at Mobile2Mobile are definitely experts at what they do, and their respect for customers is a cherry on top.

Great service! Shattered my iPhone 6 Plus screen and had it replaced. The screen part they used was truly of good quality (I had a screen replacement at another store a while back so I could tell the difference). Atif was very friendly and professional. Not only did he do a great job replacing the screen, he also fixed some dents on the edges of my phone (free of charge of course). The service comes with a lifetime warranty and I would say the price was reasonable (not the cheapest out there but considering the quality of the parts and the service, I was satisfied).

I was devastated after breaking my charger in my iPad. The charger was stuck in there and I wasnt able to charge my iPad or connect my Apple Pencil. Ive dealt with many iPhone repair stands and stores and none has come close to the knowledge these guys have. For starters I like they have options, generic brand parts or official apple certified parts. The repair was fast, explained everything and we went through and I didnt feel like they were trying to up charge everything (that happens a lot in this business). Overall great experience.

Cost me $79 dollars and about 20 minutes as a walk-in customer. Its been 2 weeks now, and my iphone has a new life. Would definitely recommend using their service.

The staff is really nice. They allowed me to use their store phone to contact other stores as I searched for the best price for repair.I decided to return the favor and get a service despite having the repair done elsewhere. So this review is about their phone wrapping and screen protector installation. I dropped my phone and the screen required replacement. After getting my screen repaired at a more affordable store, there was still damage to the glass back I wanted covered. So I went back to Mobile2Mobile to get what they call a phone wrapping. Essentially, its just covering it with a skin like d-brand and it definitely is something I have done and could do on my own but like I said, I wanted to pay it forward. I only wanted my phone wrapped. It costs $59. The selections of skins arent great or varied. I was prompted to get the front wrapped too. I had no idea what that meant. My phone has a notch but beyond that is all screen. So I asked like a screen protector? The sales person said yeah. My response was no thanks. Dont we all buy and install them ourselves? He went on about how the screen protector is neoflex and the best yadda yadda and hard to install because of a spray and Im like ok. Its $20 extra bringing the total to $79 but a screen protector would have been $10 anyway and I dont have to spend 5 minutes placing it myself. So I got the screen protector.The wrap was ok. The back was covered mostly. There was a slight peaking of my phone from the bottom perimeter but that was explained away by the salesperson as due to the damage from the drop. No big deal. However, the screen? Was an absolute mess. I could hardly see but the salesperson explained that it will clear up in 24 hours. He said it needed to cure and I gathered it was the spray that distorted the clarity so Im like fineI used my phone to get an Uber because he said I can use it immediately like normal but once I got home I left it. When I went to check it the morning after, it had cleared up quite a lot but then I finally noticed the imperfections. There are 2 dust particles trapped beneath the screen. You know like you maybe got dust or lint from your fingertips on the adhesive side of the screen protector with installing? So thats incredibly distracting and I literally just got a new blemish free screen! But the worst part is that the screen protector doesnt even line up to the bezels. So I see this long seam on the right side where the protector doesnt reach the edge of the display or the upper right corner causing the screen protector to be super noticable around the edges. I get it. A salesperson is going to upsell. But the screen protector seriously made my display look worse than it did and now Im tasked with carefully peeling it off 36 hours later. Its sad that a professional cant install a screen protector properly. If youre being pressured into having them install a screen protector for you, be firm. Dont do it. Guaranteed youll do a better job yourself.

I stopped by the store because vibration motor on my iphone was broken after I dropped it. Mobile 2 Mobile was able to fix it in under an hour at a reasonable price, and he offered a 90 day guarantee on the fix. Great service all around!
