Best moving team Ive ever encountered! What was not done by another GOT DONE by THIS Team.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I definitely would. We have used these guys 2 times so far to store items and will be using them a third time for delivery to our new home. There are no words to say how wonderful these guys are. They are so respectful not only of you but they treat your belongings just like they were their own. They were always on time. It wasn’t just one or two of their people but the WHOLE crew were very kind and understanding. Moving is very stressful to begin with but they made it a breeze. Any possible problems, large or small, they had it covered. Even when my sister had some very important items from my mom after she passed, as well as her clothing and books and they were booked 4 weeks out....they made time to pick those items up for her. If they hadn’t, she would have had to give them away. My sister was my mom’s caregiver for many years and it would have broken my sister’s heart. These guys didn’t even know all that, but they still came through for her. These guys are soooooo amazing and really care about their customers. MIKE was especially remarkable. He knew how important it was to me and he responded immediately to all my annoying phone calls. I am so VERY, VERY GRATEFUL to this fantastic crew. When you hire them, you can be SURE YOU HIRED THE VERY BEST. THEY REALLY DO CARE.....it’s more than just a job to them. These people were amazing!!! Very professional, and very helpful with our state to state move! From the very first phone call, they were so kind and they made a way to fit us in to their tight schedule so as to accommodate our necessary timeline. The estimator was so helpful in explaining the packing process and the moving day process very accurately. The movers were extremely hard working, and they loaded and unloaded all of our belongings safely and very efficiently. Our driver was very attentive to detail and very helpful throughout the entire process! They definitely made a very stressful time of our life a lot easier; and we felt so at ease knowing that all of our belongings were in good hands with such competent, caring people. Used All Ways to move everything in my house from Dormont to Lawrenceville. This included their moving everything out on Friday, and then everything in on Monday. The sales consultant was very thorough in pricing the quote, and I felt like I had a good idea of what it was going to cost going into it. He was clear with all the instructions as well. When the moving crew showed up, they were polite. They were there to work, and seemed to know what they were doing. An experienced driver seemed to be the main person, and he kept an eye on what everyone else was doing. They were very careful with everything. I worried over the weekend that my stuff would be damaged or missing, but when the move-in occurred the following Monday, everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged. They used every bit as much care moving things in. The new place has multiple floors with many steps. The crew never complained; instead, they kept their lets get this done attitude. The final bill was very reasonable, and with all my stairs, they earned every penny. I hadnt realized during move-out, but they had to take my bed apart. They carefully put every piece back together and I would not have known had I not of happened to be in the room when they put it together. The crew occasionally asked me questions to make sure that everything went where it was supposed to go. I chose All Ways based on the number and content of positive reviews on Yelp, Facebook, BBB, and Google. I originally looked at another company that provides moves in Pittsburgh, but stepped back after other companies reviews on those mediums were either bad or at least not as good as All Ways. All Ways earned my highest recommendation - well done!

My boyfriend and I made a huge move from Pittsburgh PA all the way to Florida. From start to finish our experience with always moving was 5 stars! The gentleman who came to give us the quote (which was the best rate out of any other company in the area) was wonderful, the movers who loaded all of our belongings into the truck were some of the nicest workers, the two men who were actually packing the truck in particular were wonderful guys! We held our things in storage for a month and then had them delivered to our new apt. Our furniture is in perfect condition EVEN my white loveseat. All of our boxes and items were delivered and on time. The delivery movers and driver were so great and kind as well! Even the accounting department was superb, Lisa was wonderful staying in contact with me and helping me in anyway she could. Cannot recommend this moving company enough!!!! Such a pleasure to have worked with them, if your searching for a reputable caring moving company this is it.

I used them about 3 years ago. To be honest I dont think I will ever use another company. The delivery men were excellent.

The movers showed up early, which was great. The guys were very polite and friendly. They took the time to ask where we wanted stuff placed. Would definitely recommend this company.

Referred a client to them for moving services and I am extremely disappointed hoping to have the issues resolved. I originally spoke with a manager of sort who was going to have me let them in the house 2 days in a row at 9:30 am. I went at 9 opened it up and left the lock box separated with instructions to lock it up and put key back in lock box. I got a call around 10:12 am saying they couldnt get in. explained to the workers the door was unlocked, next day I show up 9:28 theyre already moving stuff.. never locked the house up! now were all moved and they took my lock box ($280) and key with my clients stuff?! what the heck.

From my first phone call to the last piece of unloaded furniture I was extremely pleased. Being that this was my first time with professional movers I didnt know quite what to expect. Al did my walk thru estimate and he was very informative and personable. I had no problem getting the date that I needed in short notice. The movers were early on a rainy dreay day & very professional, personable and everything was set up in my new place. Thanks again for such a smooth transition.

I had purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set of furniture, as well as several antiques and heirlooms from my parents’ estate sale in Washington, PA. Since I live in California, I had to make arrangements to eventually pick up these many large, heavy items from my parents’ home and move everything from Pennsylvania to California. It was a sizable shipment, but not nearly as large as an entire household move. Regardless, I was looking at an expensive move. When Tim Moore, the owner of All Ways Moving, heard my dilemma, he offered to pick up all the items and store them until such time he could piggy-back my goods onto a household move going to California at some later date. He and his All Ways Moving crew did all this locally while I was far away in California. His office kept me updated as they scheduled and accomplished each part of the effort. On delivery day, every piece I had purchased, including precious one-of-a-kind antique heirlooms, arrived in California in perfect condition (except, of course for some of the pieces having the patina of being well over 100-150 years old!) Everything worked out extremely well for me, saving me a lot of expense and time that I would have incurred otherwise! Thank you, All Ways Moving! You’re simply the best!

We used this mover multiple times in the early 2000s and were pleased with the service and prices. Recently we have tried to use the company twice but found their prices more expensive than other bids. Also we could never find an available date even 2 months out.

All Ways moved me from PA to VA. They were on time, efficient and curtious.The Driver went out of his way in delivering our items. Placing each item to our liking. I wouldhighly recommend them.

Over the past decades I’ve had occasion to call on a few moving services. In general, they’ve run the gamut from just passing to okay. After using Allways Moving, based in Washington PA,I’m happy to report that moving can be a stellar five-star experience. They delivered on all fronts: careful, courteous handling, reasonable rates and a staff that seems to care whether those collectible glass ornaments will make it to their new home. Who could ask for anything more?

Just moved Thursday. As moves go, it was probably one of the smaller ones this crew had done, but they were very good. They seemed to genuinely care about our belongings and they were very polite. They asked where we wanted them to put everything in the new home and were careful not to mark up the floors, carpeting or walls. All our belongings were moved without incident and I would like to thank the four guys who made a stressful situation that much easier. Id reccomend All-Ways to anyone.

Have used All Ways moving and storage the last 3 times I moved and would not even think about using anyone else. They are always professional, on time, and are especially careful with the items they are moving. They also go the extra mile to ensure that everything was placed and put together exactly where I wanted it. I would highly recommend!

These guys did the impossible. They moved my full size hospital bed from the living room to the bedroom something my previous movers were unable to do. Was very happy with them. This means I didnt have to pay thousands for a new bed.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Scheduling was a breeze, truck and movers showed up as scheduled and on time, price was fair and because the fine young men who did the moving worked diligently, I ended up paying less than the estimate. Eric, Milo and Jack worked very hard on a very hot day. They performed their tasks very professionally and safeguarded my belongings and the house we moved from and the one we moved to. All surfaces were protected with tarps and such. Some very special pieces of furniture were moved and they navigated those in some very tight places without so much as a scratch. These young men were great and very courteous as well. I would never use anyone else if All Ways was able to handle my move. Thank you.

Movers were polite (so thats why I gave 2 starts and some tip to them), but Im disappointed with the company because they didnt bring their own toolbox since they came in a different truck (the company should provide a toolbox for all trucks!). As I also didnt have a toolbox, it took a while until one of them bought one and finally started to disassemble the furniture. Despite the fact of that my husband and I had already moved some furniture using a U-Haul, and there were fewer things to move than when they did the estimate, the movers didnt finish their job: one Queen Size bed was left downstairs (so we had to disassemble and assemble by ourselves) and another bed was assembled wrong, so my husband had to redo one of the parts.I know that time taken can change from the estimate, but it was very different from what we had expected. Since we had already moved some of the things included in the estimated price, I expected they would at least finish their job, but that wasnt even close!I reported to sales manager about the toolbox incident and the delay in the move, and he told me by e-mail that somebody would contact me, but I havent even received any apologies from the company so far.

I dont often leave a review but All Ways Moving and Storage deserve a good review. They helped us on short notice, were professional and friendly, and arrived on time. I would recommend them.
