I called this DC based company to receive a quote for a termite inspection. The receptionist asked for the area of service and rudely says “we don’t service DC”. Before I utter a response she hangs up. Highly unprofessional

Don’t bother. Rudest customer service person I have ever encountered, they hung up on my twice and told me they didn’t have time to talk to me. Taking business elsewhere.
